The beds were comfortable and the hotel was close to places. I loved that there was a hangout area with fireplaces outside.

The location was great! The light made it easy to get in and out even when the traffic was bad. The pool area was super nice and my 20 month old enjoyed the small splash pad. The room was very nice and I love that they picked up our room and gave us fresh towels everyday. The breakfast selection is small, but good.

Very clean and upgraded furniture with nice wood flooring and comfy beds. Excellent location across from Tanger Outlets and easy access to Dollywood.

STAY HERE! You won’t be disappointed.

Stayed here several times. Love the location being able to walk to things. Also love the outdoor furniture to lounge. Will be back.

The only possible thing is the carpet needs changed from the outside door by the stairs. Stained and smelled of mold. I’m sure from just close to an outside door and things coming in are wet on rainy days.

It was a very nice experience

It was nice and clean and very appealing to the eye.

The breakfast was a disappointment but at least there was food. The rooms were smaller than what they looked in the pictures. And the bathrooms were very small, for bigger people it would be hard to maneuver around.

The wood floors were a great change from rugs. The service was excellent, rooms were clean and quiet. Will definately be back!!
