Decent breakfast, room used up.

Good location, breakfast was decent.

Very loud! Very thin walls, could hear stomping from above room, and neighbors just talking in next door room. At some point my whole head board jumped form someone hitting the wall in the next room I guess. Some of the towel holders in bathroom were lose (you can see the screws coming out). One side of one mattress was totally done for the other half was ok though.

Staff is great, but no pool or jacuzzi available and breakfast not the best

The ladies that work are great. Just that the pool and jacuzzi were closed when we there. ( one of the reasons we chided that hotel for my kids) Also the breakfast included I have been in other hotel that offer a little more like egg, hot oatmeal, baked or something but here was like 3 different tips of muffins and sandwich read. Coffee and hot chocolate and for the fruit only apple available

Great value great stay close to the slopes

Well first off the office lady who was working that day is just a sweetheart wonderfully communicative and help me get an upgrade which was nice and the maintenance man is very nice as well I had a great day

The breakfast was very plain. Some of the appliances didn't work. They had no milk for cereal, not a lot of options.. It could've been a little bit better.

Place was locked office sign said dealing with customers and will return in 10 mins, sketch cars waiting outside in dark, had a long drive and kids needed to use restrooms so needed to leave due to all above

When we came back to our room at 2 am our keys weren’t working and we had to go to front desk for a different key. Unfortunately we weren’t the only ones that had to go back to the front desk for a different key

Love the Aladdin

We always stay at the Aladdin. 1 to 2 rooms at a time 5 to 6 times a year. The beds could use some upgrades and the hot tub more consistent but we'd never stay anywhere else.

The price was great and the room was comfortable but due to safety concerns I would probably not stay there again.

The room was comfortable and updated. The hotel staff was very nice.

Sheriff deputies were on site for two nights. They were very polite but I was concerned about how safe the hotel is. The hallway carpets needed cleaning. The hotel ran out of paper plates for breakfast. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned if you stay for a few days unless you request cleaning. I’ve never experienced that before. I understand not changing the sheets but trashcans should be emptied daily.

Bad experience

Other than the fact that Rose was so nice Probably nothing

When we turned one of the beds down we discovered that the linens had never been changed disgusted we called the front desk and Rose came and changed the linens she was very apologetic. There was no hair dryer there's no place to hang your clothes chair was stained and carpet needed to be shampooed the pool looked very cloudy and unattended

I really have nothing good to say about this property.

Biggest thing my daughter woke up with 11 bites on her legs after sleeping in there beds. Stained bed sheets on our side. Bathroom floor was uneven and felt like I was going to fall through the floor! Big crappy patch job on the hole in the wall. Spelled like straight pee when we walked in had to go to store to get some spray to make smell ok. I’m so disappointed in this place I wouldn’t even give it a 1 in rate scale. Not the one to complain about anything but now my daughter poor legs are beyond messed up.

Hot tub not in service. Pool closed at 8 PM. Hallway carpet severely dirty. Cover missing from electrical box. No knives at breakfast. No drink covers at breakfast.

Incredibly amazing stay, they thought of every little detail.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the room spacious and very clean and despite us hopping into the pool 10 minutes before closing, we were still allowed in for a while and even got fresh towels. Every single detail was accounted for. The bed had three different pillows, all different levels of hardness, everything was in-unit available such as ice, vending machines and 24hr front desk.

The AC unit hardly worked, making the room stuffy.

I I appreciate the location

Rose the manager I needed an extra day and I had two employees call me and tell me it was good and then I had the manager Rose call me and instead of her coming up with a solution she thought to tell me to don’t talk. She don’t care what I’m gonna say and she’s not renting to me and my husband like we did something wrong because her staff couldn’t add a proper day to his account. I will not recommend this hotel to nobody.

Staff was friendly and quick to respond to our problem to fix our TV, he had it working in 10 minutes.

The price was high, definitely no worth the cost for the experience!! The TV would not work when we came back Saturday night, we didn't want to hassle so we waited till morning to let them know. Disappointed in breakfast we were told breakfast was from 6:30-9am. We woke up hungry, no time to go sit down for breakfast we went down 7:15am. to find breakfast of bagels, yogurt, cereal and FROZEN milk and coffee. The front desk attendant gave no indication if they were still setting up or bringing more food out. We were VERY disappointed in the choices. There were 3 other guests with the same reaction as we had. Once guest commented this is the hotels way of getting us to go next door to buy breakfast. Unfortunately, we had a long drive and didn't have time to sit down at the restaurant to eat. We didn't have a big expectation about breakfast, but having frozen milk you couldn't use in your cereal, yogurt, bagels, and individual size cartons of frozen orange juice you couldn't drink was the worst breakfast ever experienced. The price we paid was not worth the price not even with the pool. We will not stay here again even if the hotel was the closes to our destination.

Premises met our needs. The receptionist was extremely busy but couldn’t have been more helpful. Happy with the price. Bit far out of town but was serviced by a taxi service which we utilised. The pool and spa were a godsend after a long hot day riding motorcycles.

It's a simple place but the bed is very comfortable. The staff are friendly. There was a guy leaving everything organized. We arrived at almost 1:00 am and a kind employee welcomed us.

I missed some protein and fruit for breakfast. There was also no knife or spoon, just a fork. But for the price of the accommodation, it was ok. I was very disappointed to find a drop of pee in the toilet. The microwave was also dirty and the sheets had a stain. I reported it to the management. I hope this is an isolated case.

It’s conveniently located on the road to the ski resort area.

It was packed with a rowdy crowd who partied and screamed all night. We had to change hotels and were not offered reimbursement. Horrible experience.

Where it was located. Easy parking. The night lady with blackish hair and glasses was the best help and was so professional. I cannot remember her name.

The whole stay. This place used to be nice but now is more like a Motel 6 with high prices. It was really gross, the 2 rooms we were in looked like they weren’t cleaned in weeks with pubes and mold in the showers, dust and dead flies in the room, the floor turned your feet black and dirty towels with purple crusted marks in the bathroom. Ice bucket tray bags had a sticky goop inside it. I was also supposed to only be charged 211 with the online discount and was charged 279 and was told my card wouldn’t be charged till I get there and check in and I was charged at check in time before we got there. And when checking in was not told the pool was unavailable for maintenance.

Good deal for the price

Friendly staff. Located about ¼ mile east of Best Western. Not quite a nice as BW but about $50 cheaper. Good location if you don’t want to deal with the Old Town traffic jam. Easy Hwy entrance. About 2 miles from the grocery store, Walmart and places to eat. Good size room, clean, 2 queen beds moderately comfortable, Outside Jacuzzi was still available in mid Nov. Gas station next door.

WiFi adequate for email but not streaming and poor breakfast (oatmeal and hot chocolate).
