Our stay was very nice.

Queen suite was surprisingly spacious and very clean. A few things do need to be addressed, though.
Staff was responsive and friendly. Room, a queen suite , was clean and spacious. Landscaping looked nice with flowers. Room was very big with 2 refrigerators, a small kitchen, a couch and table. Like a little apartment. Two showers: one was a walk in, the other was part of the tub enclosure. Heater was easy to use. Lobby was inviting with a coffee table and decor was pretty.
Outside porch to the suite needed to be swept. Faucet in bathroom was loose and wobbly. Closet door needed repair; it was a sliding door off its track. No coffee, cream, or sugar in the room next to the coffee maker. Blankets were paper thin, and no extra ones in the room. Office did bring more when asked. The faucet on the tub was rather hard to turn, especially for an older person.

The size of the room was good. The bathroom was good Full size fridge.
The rooms were not clean. The floor was dustry. The bedsheet was not clean. There was NO Wifi. The kitchenette had worn out utensils and didn't feel like using them.
