Great location close to city center, but might be overpriced if you don't care about location.

The room was decent with comfy beds. Everything was in good shape. The location is right off the main street, providing good walking access to stores, museums, and points of interest. There are enough parking spaces, and it is easily accessible. The breakfast is normal, good enough to eat, but food choices are limited.

The price-to-value ratio seems a bit high, and the queen room with queen beds is not large enough to spend time in comfortably for a family of four. It is good if you only use it for sleeping, but otherwise you can only lie on the beds. If everybody is up, it becomes crowded. The breakfast room is small, and given that breakfast ends at 9 am, it might be crowded between 8 and 9. The noise from cars on the main street starts early and might disturb you if your room faces it.

Located close to hospital. Receptionist was very friendly and gave me a room in front.

The bed was very hard and kind of lumpy. Breakfast was in another building and I had to walk through large parking area and down steep stairs to get there. Warm food was cold and several items were not restocked even though I arrived 45 minutes before close time.

It was awful.

It was in Sonoma. The bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner was so loud we had to shut it down. After we went to bed there was a very very loud noise coming through the wall, so loud it made the bed vibrate. I called the desk and she laughed and said it was the jetted tub in the next room and it would stop when they finished their bath. We didn’t find it funny. After awhile it stopped. Why would they put anyone in the room we had knowing the problem!! They gave us a room in an annex building, not the pictured hotel.

National parks trip

Clean room, comfy bed, nice ladies on reception, didn't have time to try the pool or breakfast as only on quick stopover but pool looked fine. Fantastic value for what you get, so I would recommend a stop here if in the area.

Little bit of early morning traffic noise from the busy road at the front but had a good night sleep so not an issue. If you are a light sleeper maybe ask for a room at the back.

Decent value, but I won't be returning.

The biggest problem was the noise. The windows/walls are thin and you can hear every conversation and every vehicle like they are in your room.

The eggs at breakfast were always cold to slightly warm. There was no variation to the breakfast and on the last day there was no breakfast.

Exceptional in every way.

When I booked I expected somewhere reasonable what I got was more then anticipated. Great accommodation; lovely swimming pool; amazing choice at breakfast and staff who care and are so helpful with local knowledge and tips of what’s happening. We were there as wildfires were coming quite close. Their calm professional yet caring attitude impressed us greatly.

Awful room, uncomfortable bed and staying in a room that looked like what you see online rude staff!

Room with old stained and smelly carpet, bed was hard and felt like a box spring. Pillows were too big and hard. Neighbors were loud with barking dogs until after midnight. Left after one night and was not even offered a refund and was not asked why. For a two day stay at $363, not worth it!

I liked Jennifer and the male made who heated up my coffee. My room was clean.

I'm a local to sonora, came to visit and I stay here once a year. Early check-in fee of 40. Hard as rocks beds. Front office lady C was on her phone and didn't answer when I called from the room. Microwave didn't work, took them all day to get a new one. Night office guy without much hair was rude, threaten, and confrontational with me for giving a customer 2 dollars to cover their deposit for a room. Breakfast hours suck and Dianna is so rude. First off customers shouldn't be asked to give their room number in front of strangers, that's unsafe. Then she said I lock the door at 850 and I need everyone out of the dining facility by 900. Breakfast was soggy waffles that were pre made. All in all I'm contacting bookings and letting them know, as well as corporate. I wouldn't stay here unless things change. I'll pick a different place to spend my money.. Facebook also speaks of bed bugs and ring worm coming from here. I did experience bed bugs and we shall see if ring worm appears. Fridge froze all our food, wasting our money. Boo

The location was good. Room was adequate. Bathroom looked recently updated and was very large. Nice shower. Fridge and microwave in room. Ice available. Parking was close to room. Desk person on the phone was very sweet and helpful. Breakfast is offered.

Beds were rather hard. Spots on carpet. Quite a hike to the breakfast area from the upper rooms. Road noise was loud. Breakfast was not as advertised. No eggs or sausage first day, but eggs were added the next morning.
