Everything except for the mattress was great.
The room was very clean, the heat worked well and the bathroom was modern. The staff was very friendly, and the location was very good for our purposes.
The mattress was awful. the springs were too worn and poked in some areas, very little back support. The mattress was also incredibly loud, I don't even know how you get a mattress that loud.

The location to downtown was the only positive.

Run down. Pool was murky. Hot tub was out of order. Sheets, bedspreads, and pillow cases had stains on them. Floor was dirty. Refrigerator was too big for shelf and scraped across bed when opened. Toilet had streaks down side and front of bowl and dirty/moldy around base. Shower drain had white gunk covering a portion of it. Garbage and debris around facility. Large ice maker in front was out of order. Took a few days to get deposit back (after calling about status) Most places only put a card on file and charge only when there is a problem…not right away.

There was nothing I did not like-I will happily stay there again!
