The staff were pertinent , alert and business oriented, they also had he right attitudes for the location and environ, e t, aware and unafraid, direct and open yet I still felt as a customer privileged while they asserted ownership
The sheets could've been cleaner and outside communication was loud and unnecessary

Convinience
Bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was hair in tub from previous person. Toilet seat was also dirty. And there was a blood spot stain on wall. My key card also kept failing. I had to go to office about 3-4 times to reset.
