Loved the room not the lady I encountered at the front desk at check out.

The staff was extremely rude upon checking out. She made extremely difficult to rebook the room. She appeared prejudice as was unaccomidating After expressing her bigotry she denied me assess to the room. I was forced very quickly to exit since it was check out time. She was a horror!

Practical and nice place

Location was excellent, easy to go both east and west to where we needed to be. We were lucky to get a room facing away from the expressway so it was nice and quiet. Appreciated that the hotel was very clean and pet friendly.

There was a microwave sitting on the tiny counter top (replacement for the built-in that was not working), so cooking was challenging due to lack of counter space.

Clean and near shopping and food establishments.

The parking and having to pay an extra $12 a day to park. That should have been included with the stay, I don’t think there should be a charge to park if you are staying at a hotel.

The hotel is an a central location to Loma Linda Hospital and has plenty of food places within reach

The hotel offered a lot of amenities such as kitchenette, breakfast included, laundry, pool, and gym

The shower handle was not functioning. The handle just kept turning in a circle and would not turn on the shower head. The cleaning person should have caught that if they had cleaned the shower! The staff was able o fix it in three minutes. We were thinking we would have to change rooms and we were already settled in for the night.
