Very friendly staff and beautiful seating area, Convenient to everywhere I needed to go
The remote control doesn’t allow you to change the channel so I had to watch one channel the whole time so I didn’t turn it on anymore.

Historical property that is well maintained. The staff were fantastic! The name of the lovely lady who prepared breakfast escapes me, but she was so helpful with information. The manager showed us around the entire property, and was very helpful for dinner locations. Free parking was such a nice perk!! 1 block from the St Charles trolley service made getting around d so easy. We will be back!
Not really a dislike, just an observation- our mattress was super firm, but some people may prefer that.

window curtains were paltry, people can see in multiple windows without curtains- hotel lights seep into room- you need an eye mask to sleep no mirrors squeaky old bed loud in room AC window units
