I stayed for 4 nights. Location is great and easily accessible. Room was basic, but functional.

Great location for trolley bus. Clean hotel. Staff on desk didnt always give good first impression re customer service.
Whilst reporting issue with room safe, staff member never smiled or gave us eye contact. Said she’d send maintenance. Heard nothing else. They were sent to wrong room. Ended up having to change rooms. That safe keypad didn’t fully work either.
A power issue in area meant we had very limited to no hot water or electricity for 2 days. Pool was closed during entire stay. Offered a free breakfast after 2nd day but we were unable to use it due to early flight.

Has lots of traditional New Orleans style and character. Most comfortable bed I think I've slept in in my life. Very convenient St Charles Street location.
