The InterContinental New Orleans is a solid option with a convenient location and comfortable rooms. The hotel itself is well maintained, and the staff were generally courteous and professional. Breakfast being included was a nice touch and added value to the stay.
That said, one downside was the mandatory 20% gratuity applied, even though breakfast was already included, which felt unnecessary and a bit frustrating. Overall, the stay was fine and comfortable, but clearer pricing and more transparency around added charges would have improved the experience.

Paid a good bit for the two nights and there are better options in New Orleans. Location is good. Room is decent but had a musty smell. The worst part was the hot water ran out. And on the way down for check-out we got stuck on an elevator (and the emergency button didn’t work). Fortunately it finally opened and we took another one. Cannot recommend.
