About this bed and breakfast
Rent the entire Fleur De Lis Mansion for your perfect POOL & Hot tub both stay heated all year if needed. Private party bus , New Orleans getaway!!! PRIME LOCATION 8 BLOCKS FROM FRENCH QUARTER. We have our own limo bus see pics . We are the only bed & breakfast that has 9 bedrooms but 9th room river has 2 seperste bedrooms . So we are really 11 private bedroom & 11baths

*2-3-night min on weekends for private rentals. You have to rent the entire Mansion. *Breakfast is not included in private rentals but can be added for an additional charge.

The Mansion isn't your typical cookie cutter house it has historical New Orleans charm. Special attention to the River Suite (sleep 6), it has 3 open loft-like rooms with some privacy. 2 of these rooms are smaller attic build-out rooms which are very cosy and fun! Some of the attic has low ceilings & is small space
The Mansion is offered as a private rental.
INCLUDED: Complete privacy, linens, towels, toiletries, use of all Mansion amenities, free on street parking (unsecure), wifi. EXCLUDED: Staff, breakfast, wine hour, daily housekeeping. AFTER BOOKING YOU CAN ADD ANY OF THE EXCLUSIONS SEPARATELY FOR A FEE.

Licensed and Registered Bed and Breakfast--
This is an adult property. However, when rented in its entirety, kids are welcomed. However, please speak with host if bringing infants/children etc. The home is not child proof and does have open stair wells. Guests assume risks if bring infants/children.
Please note that outdoor amenities will be exposed to external factors: dust, leaves, bugs and temperament of inclement weather and will accumulate throughout the day. Expect outdoor items to show signs of weathering. We do prepare areas prior to stay, however we do not come during stay to manage grounds. If tending to the grounds daily is something that you would like to add, please call for available services and fees.
We want guests to enjoy their stay but do ask that trash and food be maintained at all times to avoid attracting unwanted pests. After booking, please confirm that the rental agreement, terms and checkout procedures have been read and shared with all guests staying. If excess cleaning is required, we will retain an additional cleaning fee of $500 from deposit. Please note cigarette butts will be charged $5 each if not disposed of properly.
We are a metropolitan area, expect to see homeless scattered through out NOLA and along interstates.
Please obey the noise ordnance article IV . Due to the growing market of air & neighbors have been battling us in court stating our guest are destroying our neighbors.
Over the last few years new laws have been passed & the neighbors are watching us ready to report us.
We ask that you :
1. This means no socializing outside Please go indoors & close doors . No congregating on front and side porch is only remain in the very very back by the hot tub with the theater door closed..
2. Please refrain from using portable music in yard. No ghetto blasters any type of music including DJs prohibited due to the noise ordinance . Inside we ask you use your smart phone or tv .
3. We understand it’s been years since you last saw your family or friends. Please do your initial greet inside.
4. Please remain in yard when coming & going & wait inside gate till transportation arrives.

This house is a dream. Every space of the home is unique and magical. The host and the staff were delightful to interact with. We would stay again.

Everything was really good. The owners were attentive and helpful on everything and made sure to help with all issues we had. Property was quiet, clean and everyone was professional. My friends and I are already looking into returning at another time. The only thing we had were random people came in but that was addressed immediately with

First and foremost this is not a property that does well for an older group. We were celebrating my mother's 75th birthday and we rented the mansion to accommodate 20 people. Some were of a certain age so the stairs and styles of the rooms were very much not in line with what we needed. The bathrooms in the middle of the room hidden by a curtain or room divider were uncomfortable at best. I had a few guests that chucked the money they spent and just went and got hotel rooms.
We had an issue with the freezer so the owner came by and he shared that maybe he has a lot more young people that get the place and they are there to party so if thats the case, I guess you dont care as much. My family did. I will say the owner seemed very responsive but what I knew was he couldnt revamp his bed and breakfast so we mostly just made due.
There are a few "bed"rooms that didnt make the pictures. The Hollywood room which has an open glass shower to the room and a toilet hidden by a curtain and all mirrored walls. The two extension bedrooms in the River room are in the attic and very difficult for an adult to reach if not small and limber... also quite stuffy up there. We had one such person and definitely dont think you are gonna make it up there after a night on Bourbon drinking.
Maybe if you are into old New Orleans "charm" and history, this makes sense but I was just glad my family didn't hold this against me. We make fun wherever we go but it was not aided much by this place.
