Easy to get to

We got a room with the jacuzzi. The room is small (which is fine) but the floor towel for the jacuzzi had hair all over it, the jacuzzi had hair in the bottom of it and my comforter had a black stain on it. The toilet looked like it was leaking water as well. I know you get what you pay for, but for $149/night this is not worth it! Thank God we only stayed 1 night and were only there to sleep!

Pool was advertised but no pool was on your check in information paper. Towels were unavailable when asked.

The Location is Great! I would have been happy if there was a way to change towels and trash disposal and TV did not have Fox8 or YouTube. The stay was good and Desk Staff very informative and Friendly.

We got there and checked in. There were people outside one of the other rooms with lawn chairs, like they lived there. Our room was dirty, stains on bed and blankets, stains on walls, bugs, roaches, air conditioner didn't work, and we felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving and not even staying there because it was so gross.

The bathroom was dirty. The door knob was broke the drain on the tub didn’t drain water. We were supposed to be a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke!! No vending ice machine and it was advertised Pool and Hot Tub and they didn’t have either.

It’s wasn’t clean. The bedding had stains and sticky residue on it. The toilet was dirty. The floor was nasty feeling and had stains.

Room had no air , asked to be moved , didn’t really want to but did , next room reeked marijuana . They told us it was the laundry it kept seeping in room thru gaps in the door . Jacuzzi tub took forever to fill up then when you turn on black icky comes out of the jets .

I go here all the time and it’s not a bad hotel.

They gave out my room key without my permission and thought just changing my room was good enough.

I had originally booked a standard two-bedroom, but at check-in, they kindly upgraded me to a slightly larger room for the same price.

Perhaps due to the heat of the day, the air conditioning was a bit weak, and it was warm for a while at night, but by the time I got into bed, it had started to cool down.

Convenient location and quick check-in.

Our room was filthy. It smelled musty and like cooking cabbage. I could honestly get over the smell, but the room was DIRTY. No exaggeration, there were bugs smashed all over the walls. There was also a "booger wall" by the one bed. It was disgusting. The beds had someone else's hair on them too. I felt really uncomfortable sleeping there. The atmosphere of the room was also very humid and hard to breathe in.

The cleaning staff are thieves I had forgotten a few items called about them items about an hr after we had checked out and those items where not in the room any more and they where not turned in and the smell of mold /mildue

The bed was very hard, it had bed railings hanging out to where i could’ve tripped over it. Then as i was getting ready to check out, the water shouted off in the middle of my showering. So I called front desk to find out that the maintenance man turned the water for some time, and to check back in like 10 minutes. Also the air conditioning quit wasn’t working properly.

First of all, I paid $407 for 2 nights in the “hot tub” room… (which doesn’t have the red LED lights btw) it’s just two dirty rooms, and one jacuzzi tub, not a hot tub, a jacuzzi tub, I stood there with the manager in the room and told him to tell me the difference between what we’re looking at (in my hot tub room I paid $407 for) and a jacuzzi, he couldn’t. It’s a jacuzzi, which might I add, he was standing there bc of the photo I shared, that was in the tub. The rooms are FILTHY, mind you, I came knowing to keep my expectations low, but come on! Half the jets in the tub weren’t functioning either. I didn’t even bother saying anything. I knew nothing would be done. No one’s swept under anything in years, not even the tables, you can see junk and dust, with the naked eye. So I know the cleaners can. There’s old dried up pee ALL over the bathroom floor, I had to toss a towel down to even walk in there with me shoes on. The sheets were NOT changed. I peeled back the the bedding and law dirt, so I went and bought my own bedding, including pillows. No breakfast offered, nothing at all. No elevator. Ran down. Awful. AWFUL.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and spacious, with two large, comfortable beds that were neatly made and inviting. The hardwood-style floors gave the space a modern and clean feel, much better than carpet in my opinion. I especially liked the green accent wall—it added a nice touch of color and warmth to the room. The lighting was soft and relaxing, perfect for winding down after a long day. I also appreciated the large mirror above the desk and the open vanity area near the bathroom, which made getting ready in the morning super convenient. Everything seemed well-maintained, from the furniture to the bedding.

Close to lake Erie and shopping.

The room smelled like smoke, the jacuzzi tub had a white residue, there was black mold in the corners of the ceiling, the window did not lock, electric wires hung from the walls and ceiling. We did not feel safe without window locks and took a room somewhere else

Everything. We didn’t even stay the last night we went home after our first night that forgot our blankets then gave us a new room and the shower was broke and made a loud noise the beds were uncomfortable the headboards weren’t long enough u kept hitting my head and when I woke up my neck was hurting. And when I asked about a refund from them they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about so we left early and still was charged for the second day.

Staff very nice and welcoming. Listens to issues and try to resolve them . The allow smoking.

I have been here maybe 4 times they were great the stay wasn’t so great . I saw a roach , fridge was leaking, ac unit extremely dirty , behind bed very nasty and dirty . Staff did listen and followed up .
