The location and ease to get to and from the property,

The first night I was put in a smoking room. My daughter and I were disgusted and couldn’t sleep. Front desk lady couldn’t help us she said but I feel like she didn’t really want to mess with us, as we were interrupting her “meal”, but the next morning manager got us out of that stinky room and on a different floor with a much better room and that made the next 2 days better. No way I could’ve stayed in that room for 4 days.

For being right on the outskirts of Cleveland it was a nice quiet place to stay and convenient to the places we were visiting.

Very disappointing

When we first arrived and was checking in we were informed there was no TV in our room, they did not offer any money back or offer a different room. The floors were not swept or mopped, the toilet was broken, no water pressure, claimed there was a pool there which there is but has not been open or touched for a very long time, two of the lamps did not work. Before I booked our stay I called and asked if I could extend my checkout by two hours and they said they could do that so I went ahead and booked it, I even did a special request on the booking and was emailed back saying that they could accommodate for that. When the time came they came banging on my door super loud, I explained it to them and they said it was fine. A half hour went by and they were blowing up my phone asking when I was going to check out, I explained once again and that’s when they told me they can’t do that and they would have to charge me more money after saying they would do that and it wouldn’t cost any extra. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it was pretty disappointing. I know you get what you pay for but I’ve had better for less money. Steer clear of this place, if you can spend an extra $20 I would suggest doing that.

No pool, no functioning locks, dirty

The website says there's a pool the pool has not been functional for years the reason I booked the hotel was because I'm a single mom with kids with autism and I wanted a night to myself in a pool when I got there I was put on the third floor even though I told them I needed a first floor because I have anxiety and when I asked them about the pool they said it's not been opened in years they've told the website to take it off and would not refund my money so I stayed every vending machine was empty none of the doors had functional locks on them to the outside anyone can just walk in for someone with anxiety I was up all night worst stay ever of my life!!!

Worn, but great location

The location of this very inexpensive hotel is perfect for access to highways into Cleveland or to head east. Gas stations and good restaurants, plus a drug store, all in easy walking distance. Front desk staff are friendly, professional and very accessible. Rooms are clean and in good working order.

The facility has clearly seen better days; there are indications that it was a Motel 6 in the past. Now the entrance area (exposed to weather) has rust that's been painted over, and the floor tiles adjacent to and in the elevator look decades old.

Clean but worn, a decent room in very handy location

It was the perfect location for an overnight stop; very close to restaurant choices for dinner before my late evening professional appointments... Staff was friendly and accommodating (I had somehow accidentally booked a "smoking" room, and the front desk clerk quickly changed it for me).

Rusty walls in the hallway, clearly suffering from long, hard use! Coffee only for breakfast, with powdered (not real) creamer; but I figured I was "getting what I paid for," given the very low rate -- and *that* I definitely appreciated!

I like that it is located conveniently near multiple shops that are walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The management is absolutely horrible, no HOT water in my room was not even there for a good 20 minutes and they didn't want to give me a refund. Just wanted me to move from room 202 to 204.

Horrible do not waste your money

Nothing, rooms aren't fully clean. Sheets have stains and do not look washed! Poor kid behind the front desk was new and didn't have any fitted sheets which isn't his fault is the property managers. Def need to step up their game of they want my business again!

Upon entering the room for the evening, we tried to get in our room., Neither of our keys work, so we went down to the desk, they re-made the keys came back up, none of them worked agai，27 minutes later. Finally, someone from the desk came up， first comment they made after getting off the elevator was. "You tell anyone you had a dog, you shouldn't be on the third floor!"well, there were 2 other dogs on the third floor and they said nothing about them, we'd already made a notation when we made the reservation', she finally unlocked the door, we had to take turns going in and and out because we didn't have a key that worked. Other than that, bared necessities a place to sleep and that's about it.

No microwave in room when amenities said it was supposed to have one. Also towels smelt like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. Cleaning people were rude when we were leaving check out was at 11 and it was 10:30 and they were trying to get in the room to clean . Husband is in wheelchair and he felt like he was moving to slow for them..

Liked that I had a Jacuzzi in my room, ground floor, close to gas station and stores, quiet.

My Jacuzzi didn't work. Wasn't compensated for it and paid a heafty fee for that room only to be romantically let down. And who wants to change rooms when they're in the middle of intimacy at 1am-2am...?
