SkyLight Inn Cleveland - Willoughby

The entire property REEKS of cigarette smoke, the rooms are dirty and dingy, and the guest were blasting music in the halls and running and screaming at 3am. Overall terrible stay. So terrible I left after one night and got a different hotel the for the rest of my stay. Save yourself the money and headache and go stay somewhere you can actually get a good nights sleep.

A high-value, no-frills motel. A decent place for the hard-working business traveler.

The shower curtain had black mold at the bottom had to buy my own other than that no problem.

The refrigerator and microwave

No complaints about the staff only complaint I have is reserve online and you pick deluxe staff always talking you pick standard instead of deluxe you own $18.

Bathroom drain was plugged up but they did clean it out for the next day. The refrigerator froze everything including my milk. The bed was very firm they said they have no softer, I'm going to have to bring a mattress topper next time. Other than that clean and everything provided even had a separate table for my laptop computer

We didn't end up staying. We told the guy at the desk that we wanted a refund. We showed him pictures of bugs on the bed.

Check in was great staff was friendly

It was a short stay. The room had a smell but the AC worked well. The floor was very dirty but the bed was very comfortable. The sink worked fine but the drain in the bath tub backed up. The staff what little I interacted with them seems helpful. They also are right behined a Bob Evans so going to breakfast was a walk away and Bob Evans is one of my favorites. So yea if I hadn't prepaid I might not have stayed but in the end... It was ok for a short stay at a low price.

The facility was dated but it was clean could move some furniture away and clean against the corners but everything was maintained. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I thought the TV was a little small for nowadays. Staff was friendly and cooperative

The AC was broke and asked to move. Come to find out the other room's AC didn't work either. There was dead bugs on the bed as well. I would never stay here again.

Stayed over a week. Non-smoking property frequented by pot smokers. Deluxe room clean with basics, microwave and small refrigerator. Coffee available in lobby.

Nice Hotel, very clean and walkable.

This is a pretty run down property. The outside is worse than the inside. Conveniently located near highway and restaurants. The hair dryer was missing from wall mount. Bedding and towels acceptable and room appeared clean. No hand soap. Small tubes of body wash and shampoo.

Nothing offered at this place. Only offer of coffee in the lobby from 6 AM to 11 AM.

Desk clerk was not friendly. Sogns everywhere, no pool, no breakfast. Coffee service is a joke and coffe horrible. Hotel appeared fairly clean. I believe the pictures refect the hotel 20-30 years ago. Very old and dated and saw that they have weekly rates and apparently semi permanent residents. Throughout the night looked and sounded like a lot of business was conducted in the rooms and parking lot. Wouldn't recommend for families.

It did not look like Wat was posted online and it had a weird smell in all the rooms but I guess you get what you pay for

Very Quiet and I was in front where you drive in. No breakfast like Expedia said but coffee in AM. Restaurants next door and within walking distance. Front desk staff accommodating. Room was clean and everything in it worked. Bare bones but at a fair price!

Hotel was ok until you employee gave my room location to someone that's been stalking me. I never received my money back or am apologie.

Room had some things in disrepair. No maid service. No Kleenex or hair dryer. Non-smoking, but smelled like smoke. Bed was comfortable.

I appreciated the help and friendliness from the front desk. I had a bad experience from a previous motel and decided to stay here instead. I had a traumatic experience the night before from a 4 hour drive and I had worked all night 12 hours, and the last one was so disgusting, I couldn't stay there. When I explained this, they let me check in a little early. The cleaning staff were all very friendly as they were still cleaning other rooms when I went in.I didn't really care for the cigarette smell in the hallways, although when I went in to my room, it was very clean. You couldn't smell any odors from cigarette smoke etc. from the hallway. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was hot and good pressure. I never felt so relieved. I finally got the restful sleep I needed. But not before a terrific breakfast from Bob Evans which is littlerally adjacent to the hotel parking lot. I love this area and I will stay there again. Also, there is a door that you have to use your key card for to even enter the second floor, an added safety measure. I will stay here again in the future
