Shower supplies were empty. comforter had stains on it and appeared unclean and there was no duvet cover on it. The toilet seat, seat part kept falling down when placed in up position for use.

A/C doesn’t work They’re not having any shaving foam, but they explain that I can buy it in Walgreens and gave me the route. Fan in the bathroom is so loud I think he’s broken Worst four points ever

The hotel was depressing, in a very questionable area and didn’t feel safe, and felt very outdated.

Clean & Quiet

The room was nicely appointed, clean and quiet.

I did not like being charged the "incidental fee" on top of what I paid for the room. Basically this was a security deposit of $50 which presumably will come off my credit card once it's determined that I left the room in the same condition I found it--minus normal housekeeping services of course. I have not encountered this "fee" from other hotels.

I didn’t like that my shower has empty bottles for the shower stuff, I forgot my soda my room didn’t have nothin to use, i ended up using shampoo to clean my body 🤦🏾‍♂️😑

the location

i didnt like that i didnt get what i booked for. i dont like how the managers were rude and didnt want to accommodate me. i was very uncomfortable and the room was very small. alll of the manager were very rude and wouldnt even let me get out a word. then they told me someone came to my room to let me know about accommodations and i wasnt there at thw moment however they didnt leave a mote or anything thing telling me to call or come to front desk to talk to anyone.

the breakfast was $14.99. I didn't want to pay that much. There is NO POOL. The picture is a fake. If you look at the comments, which I did after my stay, people have been complaining about "the closed pool" for 4 years.
