Very nice view of the river, very convenient to all the attractions. beds were confortable as well.

Very pleasant conversation with the receptionist at check in. Room was very clean, spacious and clean. even though it said they would not clean but every third day, the maids cleaned the 2nd day. Very good job. The breakfast was great both days along with coffee available 24 hours a day.

Kinda hard to get to the front from off the parkway. I would of course stay there again,

No housekeeping while we were there. Hallways were not vacuumed while we were there. One person on duty at a time while we were there.

when we first arrived there was a can of chew under the mattress but we told the lady at the desk and she got it taken care of

All in all was fine.

Room was ok and very large.

Apparently they had cleaned the hall carpets and had large fans blowing to dry them . Kind of irritating. Also had booked a room on the river, ended up switching to a king but didn’t give us one on the river. Didn’t realize till we entered the room and didn’t want to go change at that time, tho we weren’t happy.

Standard hotel, nothing to write home about, adequate for the money.

Great location and what you'd expect in a standard hotel. Clean room and mostly clean facilities (outdoor trash was overflowing, but no show stopper), some minor litter in parking area, which is to be expected in such a high traffic tourist area. Beds were decent.

There aren't really any complaints..... Again- what you'd expect with any standard hotel. The front desk worker wasn't rude or anything, they just weren't super personable.

Unsure if I’d be back to this hotel.

The location was nice.

Decided to make a last minute trip down, arrived in the area at 2:30AM on Saturday morning. We were met by a staff member who wasn’t the friendliest at first. My booking app didn’t allow me to book “Friday night” as I was being told I had to do. So I had to pay for the one night there in person, for the other 2 days I booked through my booking.com app. We were told we had to move rooms due to this. Once settled in our new room, we went to take a shower and had cold water, despite adjusting the faucet, it was cold. The mini fridge also was not working. I stopped at desk to let the lady know. She assured me she was texting maintenance and it would be fixed by the time we got back. After getting back late that night and checking in for an update, the new lady at the desk knew nothing there being any issues. She again had to reach out to Maintenance for the 2nd time. Once we got back from Gatlinburg she said a note was left for us in the room. The maintenance man drew a picture showing how to make the hot water work. There was dead bugs in the shower, and this morning there was bugs flying around the light fixture. I was told since I booked and paid through a third party I would have to take it up with them. This is unacceptable!

The breakfast was very good. I like the location because it’s on the outskirts of all the traffic.

The only thing I thought needed some work was the elevator. One was out of order the whole time we stayed and the other seemed like it was about to stop working

I didn't like how I had put in a special request 3 weeks ahead of my stay and when I arrived, I asked about my request and the front desk associate said she didn't read the request, so I didn't get it. The hallways are too narrow, dark and smelly. The coffee pot in our room didn't work properly and the room set up was awkward. There were several floors and only 1 small elevator. We had to keep using the stairs to avoid the long wait.

Our king suite was beautiful and very reasonable. We had a fireplace, balcony, comfortable king bed., and our room was huge. The breakfast was more than expected for continental.

I enjoyed my stay. I would stay at Country Inn & Suites again.

I like the rooms have balconies. It located within walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was good. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There are plenty of TV channels to watch.

I did not like that the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable.

Not a pleasant one. Would never book with them again

The location

It was pretty dirty. When we got the room, it smelled like urine(from the bathroom). They sent someone to clean the bathroom, and that fixed that smell. We had someone on our floor do drugs or smoke and all that smell came into the hallway and our room. We complained for 3 days to the front desk person, but nothing was done about it.The property didn’t have the amenities they said they did. Like the hot tub or the washer and dryer.(they had the washer and dryer but they said they were out of service due to some issues).

This is supposed to be a Non-Smoking hotel but all we smelled was skunk weed and cigarettes. People hanging out on their balcony smoking!! We couldn't sit on our balcony because of the smell. This hotel sits at a turn around on the main road and all we heard was diesel pickup trucks blasting out at the turn around most of the night. Our family stayed on the river side so, they did not hear the vehicle traffic. We have stayed here before, but it was never this bad.

It was ok, we’ve stayed here in the past and it had always been nice and clean. This time not up to expectations.

Nice view of the river comfortable beds

Room wasn’t as clean as one would expect. There was a dirty wash cloth in our shower, the couch was pushed up against the closet door and was too heavy to move, and cob webs in the corners. The refrigerator was extremely dirty

I liked the comfortable beds. Free breakfast and staff were nice.

The pool was disgusting it was murky and cloudy where they are not taking care of it. The fire pit wasn’t working the entire stay all 5 days. We picked this hotel because of the fire pit and pool and didn’t get to use them. They have the pool and fire pit on their website but it doesn’t work. That is false advertising.

56th Anniversary Rip

The room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable and housekeeping picked up used towels and emptied the trashcan every day without being asked. Also liked that there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

We stayed in a handicapped-accessible room with a roll-in shower. The shower only had a handheld sprayer and it was not fixed high enough for my 6'2" husband. I realize someone in a wheelchair needs the hand-held sprayer but the other guest might like a wall-fixed spray nozzle.
