Excellent, reasonable price if you are visiting Chicago.
Awesome front desk help. We were helped to use the local bus across the street to get to Midway Airport where we took the train to downtown Chicago. It worked smoothly and perfectly. We will certainly stay here next time we visit Chicago

Keep looking. Price is low for a reason
I like the name, too bad I couldn’t relax. The gentleman in the office was super friendly & nice!! It was easy to miss the entrance but there were other ways of entering without it being an extensive re-route.
Both of the bed comforters had at least 5-7 burn holes everywhere some huge too, a couple long curly jet black hair made up in the sheets of bed, lipstick stains on pillow cases, weird black stain on sheets of other bed, the shower had purple/black mold looking spots on floor, smelled of urine, huge stains on chair & chair on wheels, located on first floor when I booked for second floor. Slept on top of comforter, son wouldn’t stay in room so he guarded the door. I woke with tons of red bites all over legs and arms.

We booked our hotel online as a pet friendlly hotel when we arrived after driving 11 hrs we were told they do not accept pets so we were out over 200.00 and then had to pay another 300.00 for another hotel. not very happy.

Budget room.
Large enough room, I would like to have found the heat faster. It’s hidden behind the door to the bathroom. Overall okay experience for a second stay. I’d recommend new bed covers/sheets. They are a bit outdated.
There is noise. Lots of noise. The walls are thin. Not bad if your tired like we were, but could be annoying. Bumpy parking lot getting in and out. Not bad overall, just a little tweak here and there could make the rooms better.

Not good!
The flat screen tv.
The bed had holes in the sheets, the room had a mirror on the ceiling with some sort of disco lights on it. One of the lights were hanging off the wall with the electric wires out. The bathroom toilet had trash behind it. Last but not least, my bed was leaning to the side, making it hard on my back. Very uncomfortable.

Passable
Motel is within walking distance to SeatGeek Stadium.
I asked to stay 20 minutes past check out time. There is not a lobby so I asked if I could stay in the room until 11:20. The woman said No.
The locations were close. The bedsheets were nice. I didn't show up the first day because I booked it so far in advance and was happy to see that my reservation was still valid. Still paid for the day I missed but that is resonable.
The first day at the hotel involved being in the hotel for about an hour that day then going out to the nearby festival. We had reserved the room for three people. When we returned from the festival I had three more friends that wanted to wait at our hotel while they get an uber since it was too busy to get one at the festival during closing. Within 30 seconds, before everyone was able to even sit down, we received a phone call. Upon answering, it was aggressively and immediately demanded that we check out, forfeit our remaining days, and leave the property immediately. There was no warning or negotiating provided, just repeated demands to check out and leave. Fortunately, we had our guests leave immediately and the owner just barely let us stay. To be fair, the rules are up at the front desk that apparently outlines this; however, being a professional traveler for a living - usually when a hotel has an unorthodox rule (such as no guests/friends allowed to visit, not even for 10 minutes), they would be more transparent about their uncommon restrictions (as I have stayed at well over 1000 hotels/motels and never ran into this rule). This was not on the booking nor mentioned during check-in, just on a tiny piece of paper in the front office.
That was just the tip of the iceberg, unfortunately. The room is loaded with extension cables daisy-chained to more extension cables, which poses a fire hazard. On the final night of our stay, we came back and there were ants crawling all over the place (and no we did not leave food behind or on the floor or even in the trash can). In tandem with the ants, there was a very rancid odor coming from the bathroom. Upon investigating, underneath where the trashcan was loaded there was what appeared to be a sewage pipe that had a cardboard circle duck taped over it, which the duck tap had lost its adhesive and the ants were coming from this location. I will not stay here again.

Exceptional
Cleanliness, price and friendly staff.
No place to eat after 10pm. Everything in the area is closed. Also, the room only had two very small pillows on the bed.
