Not price worthy and waste of money&time.

Better check the room before you check-in. Heater not working, toilet flush is not working, shower tub makes too much noise while taking shower. Room is not clean. Requested for nonsmoking and pet free room, but room smells smoke & pets. Disgusting. Breakfast is not good and nothing a non sausage/pork eater except coffee & tea. Not even a scrabbled egg.

Broken elevator and errant charges on top of our travel.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The broken elevator. We stayed there and we were put in a room on the third floor. We had an ADA shower as requested but carrying all of our things up three flights of stairs after driving a long distance was a bit much. Then we were charged a pet fee and asked about it multiple times when we let the staff know we weren’t traveling with any pets. I had to dispute the pet charges which added a level of stress that we didn’t need, and finally after two or three days we received a refund of the pet fee. The original overcharge is still on our banking balance and so far that hasn’t changed and its been pending since our 8/9/25 stay. We will choose to stay with another brand the next time we travel.

Property was clean and comfortable. I definitely loved how clean it was. The staff was super friendly. Plenty of grassy area for pups and the property was easy to find.

One day they ran out of a few food selections and refused to prepare more. Shut down the pancake maker early. It appeared that staff was more interested in cleaning up early,(well before the 10AM stop time) than preparing more food which Guests are expecting to enjoy.

Overall, good hotel

The bed was comfortable and the location was great.

It was loud at night. There were people yelling and making noise and a dog barking. There were also a couple of annoying gnats in the room. I couldn’t even eat my food in peace.

We had a good time & enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

I was actually too late getting downstairs for breakfast, but the staff was able to provide us with muffins which we greatly appreciated. The front desk staff and the maintenance staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating! We would stay at this location again.

My only complaint is that we didn't get a walk-in shower in our bathroom. I can't remember if I specifically requested handicap accommodations, but my sister would have been able to utilize the shower better if it had been a walk-in shower. She was grateful that there was a handicap bar on the shower tub.

Loved this hotel and will stay with them every time!

Loved the cleanliness, the updated look, the staff was SUPER nice. Everyone I had an interaction with and as I sat and ate breakfast on the continental breakfast which was free, I observed staff and they were as nice with one another as they were with me and other guests. Also, it smelled wonderful throughout! And great bathroom amenities! Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion! New towels and wash rags, the room was extremely clean, the whole hotel was!

Disappointing for the money

The staff was amazing

cheap hotel - clean but exceedingly noisy- mattress was horrible- ac noisy. Listed as “Pet Friendly” BUT charged $50.00 per night and left ZERO footprint the dog was ever there.
