The property was in a great location , walking distance to restaurants and department stores.

The room temperature didn’t seem to work, the room was warm and we had the temperature set to 62.

It was clean, location was convenient and surrounded by different restaurants and shopping areas, and parking was easily available, additionally the staff was friendly.

When I got there, the whole staff was in the main office looking at me really strange. It was a little scary.

The door was wide open when I got there. It looked like it had previously been open with a crowbar, very scary place. Needs new furniture. I would not stay there again.

Very nice and comfortable room with a good hearty breakfast.

Size of the room and all the extras were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Actual plates and flatware was a nice touch.

Communication. I asked for a room with a tub. Wife needed to soak her knees due to a medical condition. We were given incorrect info twice. Meaning tubs are not available. They did make effort to make it better by sending us to another hotel. It was better and did have a tub.

A smile 😃on your face a great place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The people there were so nice and the food was excellent if we ever go through there again we will be stopping by . The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable along with the pillows. We had such a wonderful night sleep it was so quiet, Hope to see you in the future.

I had been charged two days later for what I do not know I had a 4-dollar charge and a 30-dollar charge 4 days later I am very concerned about frivolous charges I have a picture of tile that was laying on the floor I hope we didn't get charged for that my wife said we should have turned it in but really should that be a worry of a guest.

Breakfast was excellent. Great choices and variety.

The TV displayed a very limited number of channels - maybe 6. There was no coffee maker in the room, granted that coffee is always available in the lobby. The most serious problem is the shower. Looks great but there is real risk of being scalded by the fiddly hot/cold water mixer.

Superb

Staff was very helpful,friendly, and welcoming.Very clean room, great breakfast choices with different options each day. Spent a lot of the time in the lobby with the family playing games because of rain and the staff was great!! Definitely will stay again in the future!

The only negative feedback would be no channel choices but that was due to a switch over with their TV's and the pool wasn't very heated but the kids still had a blast either way.
