Overpriced basic rooms. Nothing special.

Location was great. Room location was good. I could see my boat in the parking lot from the big window in the hallway.

Room size and value was disappointing. Not worth $200 a night. Two air conditioner filters were FILTHY and laying in the floor in front of the unit. First thing we saw when we walked in. It was disgusting. First time staying at the Hampton and probably the last. Not what it’s cracked up to be.

Clean Hotel but could use a little more attention to details

The room was the perfect size for our group, with plenty of soft pillows for everyone. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The heated indoor pool was great for the kids.

The front desk staff was polite but didn't know how to do their job properly and caused issues during check-in, maybe a lack of training on the hotel's part. There was someone's dirty sock on the floor when we went into the room, not sure how a sock lying in the middle of the floor was missed by housekeeping but it was very hard to miss when walking into the room.

Location isn’t everything, the room counts too

The room was next to the pool that had loud people and music until 10:00 and the lights around the pool were so bright the curtains were unable to block out the light because they were to short. Very disappointed.

An interesting corner of many states.

The location is surrounded by a large mall across from a convention hall. There are plenty of standard highway restaurants. We came to the Regional Museum and were delighted to find it not far away.

The city is a mixture of brand new and a large numbers of decrepit buildings, and poor-quality roads.

Rooms were a little small and we were locked out of our room for 2/3 hours until 12am as the key card wouldn’t work and we had to wait for an engineer but we weren’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience

Love the free breakfast which supplied about everyone’s taste.

That refrigerator was a Godsend. It was much larger than most which stored all the water and other drinks and fruit.

In the bathroom, the towels were exceedingly high . Fortunately, I had my own facecloth and managed to grab a large towel but the hand towel would have required a step stool.

Nice room and pool

The room was very nice and clean. The pool was very nice as well.

The lady at the desk wasn’t very informative and when we arrived, wasn’t very welcoming. I felt like I disturbed her. Also when I was pay for my room, I gave her a different card than what was in file and she still charged the one on file. That was very inconvenient for me. Also, the WiFi was very bad!

The carpets were torn up in our room and one of the cabinets tops was all sticky around the TV and the carts to bring your luggage carts squeak badly

paid full price when the elevator didn’t work and had to climb 4 flights of stairs with a bad back and bad knees.
