The place was nice. The room was clean

“In good faith” they should’ve been up front about the jacuzzi in the room leaking. Would have not paid extra for that seems to be scam.

The rooms were clean

The hotel smelled like cigarettes and my room too. The hotel needs updating inside and out. There’s an abandoned restaurant next door that’s an eyesore.

Friendly, fast check-in. Room was spotless, cool, and comfortable. Close to everything. Ball State University is practically around the corner. Muncie is a nice town and the hotel reflects that.

The guy at the front desk gave us 1 key for 3 of us, we were on the 2nd floor, went to get a cart to out all of our things in and then he tells us there isn’t an elevator in the hotel that we will have to carry everything up the stairs. Our room had a musty odor to it(assuming it’s an older building). The beds are very uncomfortable. Overall I would not stay there again.

This location was so depressing and dirty that I switched hotels.

It was nice. We did have an outlet that didn’t work and we have medical equipment that needs plugged in. Thankfully there was still enough.

The free breakfast was really bad- you could tell it was was left over from the day before and heated up( kinda) we had to go out to eat! If we stay again we’ll make sure to plan breakfast out!

Everything could have been done better!!!!! We had to pay an inflated price ( 269 dollars per night ) for a flea bag hotel. We originally booked a house which was a lot cheaper but was given a cock & bull story that the neighbor drove into the fence. When I told them that did that didn't matter because we wouldn't be spending time outside then I was given a long story about now the house had extensive damage & that I needed to cancel my reservation so they could refund what I paid when I booked it. Which doesn't make sense & made me very suspicious of your business ethics. The room we booked would have rented any other time for less than 100 dollars any other time but you inflated the prices because Ball State was having graduation in my opinion that's price gouging. I know this to be fact because I talked to the construction workers that were staying there & they only had to pay a little over 70 dollars per night & the young couple that was in the room next to us.

The room was clean enough.

Some of the outlets in the room didn't work. The charging outlets on the lamps only worked when the lamp was on. One lamp kept going off like it was on a timer and I had to get up and go to the other end of the room to turn it back on. The vending machine didn't work. There was no place especially close to eat.

It was filling. I appreciated just having something for breakfast.

A microwave would be nice

The property was not at all worth the nightly rate. I was charged $75 more for this stay than the following night at the new and modern courtyard Marriott 7 min away the next night.

Easy check in & out- air conditioner was good & beds comfortable. One level & no stairs was a plus.

Couldn't log into wifi- tried multiple times. No water was provided- they were out. Too few pillows & towels.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERTHING. YOU WILL FIND MANY RESTAURANTS AND STORES. IT WAS VERY EASY TO ORDER AN UBER SERVICE AND EASILY GET FROM ONE PLACE TO THE OTHER AND NOT HAVE TO DRIVE. OUR VEHICLES WERE ABLE TO STAY PUT ALL EVENING.

I HATED THE FACT THAT A $200.00 DEPOSIT WAS REQUIRED. USUALLY IF THE FACILITY HAS YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE THEY DON'T FORCE THE DEPOSIT ON THE CARD. ONLY IF THERE IS DAMAGE IS YOUR CARD CHARGED FOR DAMAGEDS INCURRED. IT'S AN ANCIENT RULE. THE ROOM WE BOOKED WAS NOT THE ROOM WE WERE GIVEN, SO WE HAD TO COME BACK UP FRONT AND CLARIFY.

the pool room was so cold my daughters couldn’t set in there with out freezing.

I enjoyed the staff and the pool area, the hot tub was under construction but I believe they advertised that and I didn’t catch it.

Nice staff and it was very clean! I appreciated how easy it was to check in especially with the size of the group I attended with. Lastly, the rooms were very clean and spacious.

There was a bit of a smoke smell odor in the hallways. I would imagine this is not the fault of the hotel but rather due to visitors. The breakfast could be improved but overall it was nice.

My single King bed was NOT comfortable. Lumps and bumps, and a "Twang" when you moved.

Staff were nice. Close to campus.

The pool room was freezing and the hot tub didn't work. Our room ended up being $212 dollars for just a king room on a weekend that wasn't even busy. The jacuzzi in our room didn't even work which was a bummer since the hot tub was also not working. Some of the lights in our room didn't work. The breakfast wasn't great.
