Door locked was broken. Room smell bad when we first got in. The charge on my credit card didn’t match what the receipt I received when I checked out.

Nothing at all.

Unsavory guests lingering around. Filthy floors in lobby, stairs, hallway and in the room. Dirty light plates. Bed looked like someone was sitting on it when we got there. Dirty bathrooms.

Cross country trip.

Very cozy hotel. Nice rooms. Free breakfast which consists of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, a little pancake machine. Yogurt, juice, English muffins etc. Surprisingly good. Clean room. Great carts to bring in luggage. Some hotels have carts with solid rubber wheels and your luggage wants to fall out every time you hit a bump. These are pneumatic wheels that makes a big difference. Over all great place.

No microwave in the room. They di have one that ypu cam use anytime you want in the breakfast area. Unfortunately they do not have an elevator.

Ice machine leaking and solution was to mop up water from time to time and use wet floor sign. Frontdest told me owner said bad drain connection. I know lasted at least sixteen hourd

The hallway had a bucket catching water and had a bad smell to it. The bed was very uncomfortable. I had to call down to the office from my cell phone because the phone in the room was not working. And about 12:50 AM which I know it was not their fault but someone hauling cows parked outside our window so I didn’t get any sleep. I will not ever go to the Best Western again.

The room was decent. not worth the price charged. the hotel needs MAJOR upgrades and the staff need to look like staff a

the property outside is not very clean. trash around the back and the front of the building. the staff all seem as if they are drug addicts and no one was dressed in uniform for the hotel. so you didn’t know if the person worked there or randomly roaming.

Not real clean, nor did they represent it correctly. No elevator!

Things were okay but not super clean. The worst part of the stay was you had to take a stairway to 2nd floor. We are elderly and they don’t have an elevator. I asked for a room on the first floor and she said there weren’t any available. We should have left but it was 8 o’clock at night. I would never stay there again nor recommend it

More accurate information at check in and on their website. I told the woman at checkout I was disappointed and she said there’s nothing she could do. I would not recommend it or anyone
