Clean and comfortable.

What I liked the most about this location was the people working there.

It was being remodeled which was okay. But the owner isn’t checking the work done. There are little touches which show an owner cares. In our room 228 the carpet was short cut and the old floor and wall were visible complete with crumpled drywall. Paint smears weren’t cleaned off trim in more than one place but especially on the lentils of the second floor elevator. In the bathroom the wallpaper was short cut. The bathroom had no table or counter to rest toiletries and the sink outside the room wasn’t large enough to accommodate any items. This is on the owners to check on these things and remedy any problems not the staff. The staff was excellent.

On our way farther east.

East on/off access to the interstate. Clean. New furnishings. Good mattress.

Uncertainty about price of room when reserved —sometimes cost of room changes as travel date approaces (demand pricing), so I booked early to lock in a price that was not refundable. But room was reserved through Booking.com. I preferred the old days when we would call the hotel directly, rooms had set prices for that season; and reservations could be changed up to 4 pm on check-in day. That was a more civilized time.

The rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. The WiFi was nice the bathroom has dove for body wash breakfast was amazing and hot lots of options and front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate me the beds were very comfortable I really enjoyed my stay & will be back

This HIE overall is well operated with a friendly staff and generally well maintained rooms.

There were some stains on some of the furniture and the shower curtain didn't retain all the water in the shower resulting in a small pool of water outside the tub.

The room was big and spacious.

The bathroom door would not latch l, we had to wad a towel up to hold the door closed. The shower curtain bar was about to fall off the wall. It drooped pretty badly.

WAY overpriced! One of our two rooms had some sort of leak under the carpet so a huge area outside the bathroom was squishy wet. The poorly caulked area in the bathroom probably was probably related. Bad breakfast too.

It was a very nice stay, clean rooms and very nice staff.

The front desk and the maids were very nice, friendly and pleasant. My room was very clean which I appreciated!

The mattress was not as comfortable as I like but OK! There was a lingering air of cigarette smoke even though it is a smokeless hotel, I told the front desk and they took care of it.

Needed a quick overnight rest. This fit.

Bed and chair were comfortable. I wasn't afraid to walk without shoes on. Shower looked inviting. Nice to have fridge, micro, good sized tv.

I liked the pillows but my husband would prefer a firmer kind. Needed the nightlight we brought. Couldn't move the clock. No explanation that our room straddled 2 time zones! That was weird! No place to plug in the car.

hot tub shut down. Getting in shower was slick so hold on to bars.

It was good over all. The hot breakfast that was included helped make up for deactivation of my key.

The breakfast was delicious.

My key was deactivated. I couldn't get into my room at one time and that was an inconvenience. The desk clerk reactivated it for me. It should not have ever happened. That terrible situation has never happened to me before at any other hotel.
