The breakfast was adequate and tasted good. The waffles were very good. The location is very good. Just off the Interstate works very good as well very easy access to Danville.

The apparent lack of workers. Maintenance appeared to be slow due to not enough people. Daily cleaning of the room to include making the beds, changing of the towels, etc. The swimming pool was not open very often.

General continental breakfast.

Room was not inside so had to walk on the outside of the building to get to the room . Pool access was inside the main building so being it's the fall season was unavailable to use.

I would mot stay there again for the price.

The breakfast was ok. The location is ok with the exception that there was no cell service in the area.

The room was not very clean, we had only one set of towels for two people. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in (room 110) and not fixed very well, the night locked was ripped out of the door jam, the phone was giving a busy signal with the hand set hung up.

That booking.com didn’t say that people who live in Danville are charged a $200 deposit but if I’m a stranger it’s $100. Then, I paid for two king suites and only one had a jacuzzi

NEVER AGAIN!!!

The breakfast was acceptable

The room stunk. They charge you $100 deposit for a business traveler which is unacceptable. Last one I stayed in it took 12 days for them to give my money back. There were spiders all over the beds. Outside entrance to room on first floor was like staying in a fish bowl with only lace curtains. Pool was closed. There are way better options across the road. Bed was horrible and soiled. Never again!! BEWARE!! I didn’t have time to request refund so I had to bare it.

Disappointing

We paid more to stay in this hotel, because, per the booking we would have a nice pool and hot tub. Per arriving, the pool was closed by the health department. I feel that this is something that should have been communicated before hand. I could have stayed anywhere else cheaper. After checking into our room, we realized we didn't have towels or rags and had to go to the front desk. They only had a limited amount available, which wasn't enough for our family. The walls in this place have to be paper thin because we heard everything. The people above us had to have been river dancing all night because it was so insanely loud we couldn't sleep. We tried calling the front desk a few times, no one answered so my husband had to go out in a thunderstorm at 10:45pm to go say something to the front desk. The room itself was nice, but a little outdated. The wall plugs were old and loose, we had a hard time keeping things plugged in, which seems like a fire hazzard.

Disappointing

The room. Would have been cleaner , the jacuzzi tub was cracked and spotted from not being cleaned thoroughly. Whoever does drywall repairs needs to be retrained as they were done poorly . The value of the room for it almost being $200 a night was subpar at best . All things considered I'd stay elsewhere next time
