Hot & Cot only- will not stay in future

Close to what we needed. Easy access to hotel and room. Plenty of parking.

We have stayed at this hotel prior years with no issues so we booked again. This trip we felt the hotel had declined. There was a lot of dust and dirt around the furniture and when we moved the garbage cans there were dirt and old used wrappers from cough drops on the floor. Furniture and objects were obviously not moved to clean. We also had several “stink bugs” In the room we had to catch and release (can’t kill them- the smell would have lingered). On check In the gentleman stated we were not in the system correctly and we had to redo all our info and he stated he was not usually working the front but was today and he had to “find” the computer stuff to get us checked in. After a 16 hr long trip with a cold front and snow - we were ready to just relax and shower. The breakfast was alright - satisfactory for what they offered but if you wanted more than the very standard continental breakfast then eating out was your best bet. The hotel served the purpose for our several day stay for a hot and a cot but that was it. Due to the decline we have noticed in the cleanliness, staff, food , etc, we will not return to this hotel In The future. We will not recommend it and we will find other lodging. We stayed at several hotels this week during our trips and this one was by far our bottom of the list stay.

Considering not using Booking.com for future reservations.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. Location was where I needed it to be.

Apparently the Booking.com website description of the room I booked was totally incorrect therefore I was given a room too small. The hotel was unable to correct the problem. I am most unhappy with Booking.com.

I did not like the mold in shower. My room was next to a factory and I could hear equipment all night. My allergies went crazy whenever I sat on couch . Couch seemed dusty and musty

The property is new. The pool and outdoor patio are inviting. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

The lounge chair in the room was very dirty/dusty, and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty as well, with greasy fingerprints. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, though I’m sure they would have filled it if I had noticed it before I got in the shower.

The only thing i like was the location of the hotel. other than that the place was dirty the sheet was stained and it just wasnt worth the money honestly.

Staff was very pleasant and hospitable got us anything we asked for with no complaint no matter who was working all shifts were fantastic

My stay

The facilities were brand new.

Some staff was helpful, some weren't. My kitchen area was not clean. The water pressure is low. On my 2nd day housekeeping came to my room knocking early 3 different times. I inquired about an extra night stays cost. I was signed up for that day and they attempted to charge me. The manager settled everything the next day while the employ that did it sat there looking as if she didn't know what was going on.
