The hotel was nice but we were unable to swim due to construction that the site did not mention

Our air conditioner was out at home and we were at a funeral earlier in the day so we decided to go to a hotel for the night. Booking.com said there was a pool at this location, which was the entire reason we went there. When we arrived the woman at the front desk said the hotel was being renovated and we could not use the pool. We were all looking forward to swimming for the evening and we were not able to but the only solution they had was to transfer us next door to their sister hotel and their pool was being worked on too. I understand things like this happen but I feel like it should have been somewhere on your website so we didn’t waste time and money.

No pool Shower handles kept falling apart when we were showering Bathtub did not drain well so you had to stand in a couple inches of water to shower Wi-Fi was hard to work

Not worth the money, Hot tub broken, guest laundry dryer broken, ice machine broken, refrigerator cabinet broken, dresser drawers wouldn’t stay shut, breakfast was crappy

Unpleasant

We showed up and the lobby smelt like marajuana was being smoked in there. The lady took a while to notice us because she was laying down in a booth seat with her head in a man’s lap, the finally greeted us and she seemed very rushed to get back to her guest. The room was dirty, the wall paper was peaking, the tub had hairs all in it, the toilet ran constantly where we kept having to take the back of the tank off and fix it ourselves. Our stay was a disappointment from start to finish.

The facilities were fine and King Suite we had were exceptional.

Good location close to interstate. The rooms were clean and well appointed.

The breakfast was awful. We went down at 7:19 and there were many items that were empty and not available. The oatmeal tasted like glue. It was very disappoint as I always stay at Hampton Inns when I can because of the breakfast. In addition there was confusion among the staff with 1 telling me one thing at check in and another a different thing at check out and I ended up being double billed.

Comfortable, enjoyable.

Good breakfast. Nice variety. Varied by day. Had excellent service from the front desk. When we were checking out, I told the desk clerk about the noise late at night above us. He discounted our bill.

WE had requested a top floor, but did not get it. As a result, we had "stompers" and "jumpers" above our room late at night. Still, the hotel did attempt to deal with the situation that night. There is only so much you can do to stop noise.

I would stay here again

The room was very spacious and check in was easy. I like the hot tub and pool area. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Staff was friendly.

This is very minor but one of the windows was missing the black out drapes. There were some guests with out of control kids running up and down the hallway at late hours. This isn't exactly the hotel's fault but it was annoying. Also you couldn't access some of the outside doors with your room key for example, if you parked in the back, you would have to walk all the way around to the front.

An oasis of comfort after a long day of driving with a great breakfast to send us off.

Breakfast was great in a nice dining area, coffee was good, the variety of offerings -- the waffle maker! Clean, quiet, comfortable, with helpful staff, and a great location to rest along our journey

Would be nice if restaurants were located nearby.
