Just a few things that need attention to but overall we we’re comfortable and had a good night sleep.

Easy to get to and close to the highway. The bed was comfortable.

The shampoo bottle was empty. Refrigerator wasn’t working.

Truly disappointed.

The breakfast was really good and the staff were great!

Paid for two nights in a suite for the first room to be dirty! The second room was not only dirty but was covered in roaches! Brought it to the male staff at nights attention and he didn’t seem to care. The next morning I immediately talked to management about it. They put me in another room the next day and said they were treating it and super apologetic. Honestly was disappointed the fact it took three rooms to put me in with my three children just to get into an ok room. Not only that but I was only discounted $50 for everything we went through spent $280. I’ve stayed before but I truly don’t think I’ll ever stay again.

I appreciate the staff performance, but attention should be given to the condition of the room.

Did not eat the breakfast. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional.

Although the hotel exterior was being painted, and I understand that repairs are required, but I was given a room with the window covered in plastic. The desk staff could have given a room across the hall that did not have plastic over the window. The shower doors were dirty, and the shower floor was pealing, it looked very unsanitary. The toilet did not look like it had been cleaned.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. My room (#318) was great: clean, quiet, and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent. There's also an indoor pool, which I didn't use. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and would stay there again anytime.

The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on, I didn’t sleep well and the air conditioner was so loud it woke my fiancé and I every time it came on.

The room was nice size and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Staff seemed a little indifferent. Not very attentive. Second morning went to breakfast about 7:30. Egg Pattie’s weren’t hardly warm. Sausage gravy but no biscuits nor a substitute suggested or offered. Sausage Pattie’s needed thawed and heated. There were some in the warmer. Instead of a microwave in the prep area she used the dining room let the coffee run out even though there were containers for 2 regular and one decaf. Made sure the front desk person had their breakfast. I don’t prefer a hotel where the lavatory is separate from the shower area. Might not stay again.

Friendly staff but a dirty room.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Regular rooms only have showers. (Not great for my toddler, but we made it work.) Water dripped from the light in the shower. The staff said it was just condensation, but on night two it was dripping long after our showers ended. Bedding had not been changed. One bed had a three inch brownish yellow soiled spot that went through to the mattress pad. The other bed’s duvet had yellow brown streaks. Short dark hairs were in the bed and kept appearing on bedding and in the bathroom. I’m guessing these were pet hairs from a previous guest that didn’t get vacuumed up. They continued to appear even after I requested the room be vacuumed. There is a weed shop across the street and the first night our hallway wreaked of weed.

The room was not clean. The coffee maker was dusty, and the microwave needed to be slammed to work or stay open. The floor felt dirty, and the tub had dirt stains. The ice maker machine had black dirt on the front. There was a smell once you entered the facility, like mildew. Walls not insulated you hear everything in the hallway.

Desk staff friendly and accommodating. First room unacceptable so showed a second and I accepted. Breakfast choices o.k. but biscuits cold. Coffee good. Adequate for a traveler wanting to get something quick. The pool was a glorious plus and very well maintained.

Just generalities that could be overlooked with the pool amenities for me. The lighting in the bath was horrendous. No lights above mirror and ceiling was dim.

I liked the price of the stay. The front desk staff were friendly. I loved that they had music playing in the lobby, even at night.

Booked room day of. Booking.com booked for wrong day. Called immediately to change to correct day. Hotel staff was rude and did absolutely nothing to resolve issue.

Passable

I liked that we were able to get a room on short notice during graduation weekend at the University of Illinois.

We paid quite a bit of money for a strange room. Everything seemed squeezed in. I had to get down on the floor if I wanted to use the microwave. I didn't use it. The toilet was in a closet-sized room with just a shower stall. It had a pocket door which was actually a regular door (meaning heavy to move) cut into the wall. The glass shower door opened inward to the shower, blocking the faucet. Therefore, no water temperature control unless I was standing in the shower with the shower door closed. The shower had a curved wall that stuck out into the bedroom. I can't even describe it properly. There was a single sink with minimal counter space, also in the bedroom. We spent 4 very unfortunate nights there.

Nice Location and Comfy Bed

I stayed at the Sleep Inn last year about this same time. The bed was comfortable with many comfy pillows. The room smelled "clean." There was a breakfast served. You could make waffles, and there was some sort of "egg" with sausage and bacon as well as biscuits and gravy. Also yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereals, breads, bagels, and fruit was available. The coffee machine had good tasting coffee. There is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. I had expected the pool to be warmer, but it was refreshing.

The shower floor needed some extra attention - it seemed to have inlaid dirt.
