The carpet was new

Area seemed unsafe. There were a couple of people loitering about the parking lot who frightened us as 2 females traveling together. The lobby furniture was unclean. Employees english was very poor making it almost impossible to request a blanket, cups, etc. There were only 2 paper cups in the room, for coffee-no others & none in bathroom. 1/2 a roll of toulet paper. 1 reg & 1 decaf coffee serving only. Tv quality was poor with lots of static. Tge room never quite cooled down.

Everything. The rooms were filthy, the bedding was filthy. I asked for them to change my sheets after showing them what was found underneath the blanket ( feces ). They changed them only for the sheets to be even worst than the first time (urine stains). The elevator was falling apart. With graffiti written in pen, on the walls. I asked to be moved to another room. The attendant started knocking on the doors of all the rooms on the first floor, to check which was empty. He laughed at me, when I suggested he use his hotel availability to see what rooms were available. The waiting area was dirty, there were men working on their cars in the parking lot, the hallways were also dirty, and smelled of cigarettes and weed. The room was adjoined with another. The second room shown had the same yellow stains on the sheets and another adjoined room as well. I had to call booking for a refund. I was NOT about to stay in that filth. This hotel is NOT safe. The photos used to advertise this hotel are NOT what this hotel looks like AT ALL. If I could have uploaded all my photos that were taken I would have. DO NOT stay here.

Gigantic hole in bathroom ceiling above shower amd shower didnt work. Would not fix or move to another room until next day.

The front desk told us that cats weren't allowed even though we very clearly put it in our instructions that we had a cat and double checked that they were pet friendly. The lobby smelled like weed when we came in, and the employees were rude. The pool and hot tub were closed, with glass all over the deck, this was not indicated on the website ahead of time or anything, we were planning on using it. There was no iron in the iron slot in our room, the emergency exit plan had fallen off the wall and been placed on a shelf, and the TV was not working right. The elevator was shut down in 2024 by the city. The latch lock on our door was broken, any employee could have come in at any time. There was a sign saying breakfast would be served from 6 am to 10 am, but there was no breakfast at all. During the time breakfast would have been served and that we were leaving, there was nobody at the front desk. All around, we had a terrible experience.

The guy at the desk was friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like a dirty litter box and had a cheese wrapper and pieces of flaming hot Cheetos on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable and the only chair in the room was so old and abused that I sunk down completely through the non existent cushioning. And to to out of the view was if their pull and patio area that looked like it was straight out of an someone house in the projects. And all this for $264 a night.

The bathroom was outdated, mold in the tub I didn't even shower the electrical outlet in the bathroom was cracked the drywall was crumbling and didn't even look safe to use. The sink has stains and no drain the entire room wreaked of cigarette smoke and cat urine. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at, by far!

Staff was friendly

Outdated, not clean conditions, the rooms smelled.

Reasonable rate. Gym open. Guest laundry. Lance and Brandy are great.

There is no brkfst do to the renovations but the staff is not bad the new Owners are doing the best to get this place in tip top shape ,
