Very dirty room, very bad smell in the room, plenty of homeless people around the parking lot

It's in Ukiah.

We were harassed by people living in the parking lot trying to sell fentanyl to me when I arrived. A man was sitting with his back to our door when we arrived at 8 pm and wouldn't move until I got mad at him. There are signs all over that say no refunds because they know it's a trap. Inside the room was a lot of mold in the bathrooms and cigarette burns on the bathtub. Keep yourself and family safe and avoid this place.

The room lights barely worked and some of the outlets didn’t work.

There were crackheads in the room next to us. They kept going in and out and slamming the door to smoke and get high.

Im covered in spider bites. i have welts the size of quarters all over my body, in my hair ,on my face . I want a dam refund. i came here to recover from back surgery. im not supposed to lift anything, and it took me 2 hours to pack and move.i had friends and family moved me in for 2 weeks so i could relax in a clean environment. Well...that didn't work. The staff ,who lives here, told me they get them too.. At least they helped me move, at 11 pm, to another room. I hope this one doesn't have spiders... I'm moving hotels in the morning

Really comfortable bed- large clean room! Fully functional- very affordable! The front desk lady was so sweet! We were in such a bind after our other Hotel reservation fell through- Booking.com suggested this Motel 6 and we are very thankful!

Nothing, poorly kept up.

There wasn’t a private bathroom door, they had a sliding door which was 4 inches to narrow for the doorway which gave you no privacy whatsoever. Also the shower had nothing to contain the water which flowed out all over the entire length of the floor.

Upon arrivino to the room, we encountered several cockroaches, I immediately told my children to load back up in the vehicle and went right back to front desk, The receptionist refused to refund us, even after showing her a dead roach we picked up out of the doorway to the hotel room, she was extremely unhelpful, and refused to refund us, saying it was the third parties responsability to refund us. The upstairs outside walkway is falling off of the building and has been fixed with expanding foam, a huge safely issue. There is also a bar directly behind the hotel, creating quite aloud environment.

Good location, quiet town, good restaurants nearby. Room interior looked a little run down. Mattress was a little uneven bit still comfortable enough. I have a feeling they knew my room (#125) wasn't the greatest because the desk clerk apologized it was the only one left when I checked in.

The shower didn't drain when I was taking a shower it feeled up and so my feet and ankles could not be rinsed off when finished with my shower. The laundry room was not open so I couldn't wash my clothes. I also was not given the password to the internet

I used to stay at this property before it became a Motel 6, it was The Discovery. It's gone downhill tremendously. It's basically been gutted. The rooms have everything taken out of them except for the beds and there were cockroaches. All of the pools are closed. The hot tub and sauna was closed.

Gaping holes, weather stripping not around doors had to ask for towels to roll up under door to keep the bad weather out. Sliding door to bathroom was barely on and provided no privacy. Homeless people sleeping in doorways. Tile floor had dried stuff all over and walls were dirty. Fridge had leg missing.

The location was perfect and the staff were friendly.

The pool had people who weren't paying guest because it isn't locked and the other people were wasted. Beer cans over flowing the trash. Cigarette butts everywhere even floating in the pool. The shower handle was broke and the hot water was up so high we almost got burnt because of the broken handle. Tub wouldnt drain. AC didn't work and the room was so hot it wouldn't cool down.

First room TV didnt work took 4 hrs for them to try to fix it. Then they just moved me rooms, that room had bed bugs in it couldn't sleep they wouldn't move me rooms till the morning, then they moved me rooms again and the people around me were fight all day still couldn't sleep talked to the first desk they didn't move me rooms they said had to talk to management and so I didn't really sleep for 2 days

Ice machine was out of order and there were cockroaches everywhere!

The best hotel from Ukiah, and we take a look at 3 others. others were too small or had no view from the window. The quality of sleep. It's number one in every hotel. Here is pretty far from the freeway and no car sounds disturbed. Surrounded by mountains and many rooms available to see them all around. Very clever planning of rooms and beds, a real kitchen with all necessary to cook for a big family. Stove, microwave, and fridge. The swimming pool was open till late, without any stupid explanations like "we close due covid", just open from early morning till late. The water was a bit cold, but we did a short refreshing swim. It was the cheapest of all the other hotels around, but we try to find the best one, in the price range on weekends for 100-160$, more expensive hotels have obviously smaller rooms with fewer things included. They include breakfast but for us is easy to go to Costco and buy everything we like to breakfast there. Motel 6 sadly has no tea kettles but we have always owned a kettle with us.
