The breakfast was more than adequate and set us up for the day ahead. A welcome surprise!

We had a lot of trouble going to sleep as although the bed and room were comfortable and well appointed, the sound proofing to the floor above was in adequate. The guests in the room above had the TV on loudly and were walking back and forth noisily until 3 am. This was disappointing and made us very tired for our journey the following day.

The sound insulation between the rooms is not great. If you happen to have neighbors you can hear them loud and clearly. The breakfast is very basic and not very healthy.

Entire motel and the room was clean and furnished acceptably but not luxuriously. WiFi worked faultlessly. Plenty of parking. Easy to find in Ukiah.

Room decor was quite dark--dark brown the predominant color. Breakfast was very skimpy--only the apples were tasty. And a good selection of teas. Breakfast room was drab and very basic. But this a temporary problem as staff said the motel will end all breakfast service in coming months. Though the pictures of the swimming pool are very nice, be aware that the pool is not at all heated--an unpleasant surprise I did not expect. Stairways to the upper floor are too narrow when dragging luggage to the upstairs rooms.

Sorry, I was in a hurry to leave, and I did not take advantage. It's a fine offer, where local alternatives all likely would cost $10. I really enjoyed the on-site restaurant. Sorry the patronage was scant, but staff and food were excellent.

I have no complaints. I think some tidying up of the derelict wine barrels would be smart...either repair them and use them artfully...or remove them. I was a little confused by the checkout protocols...my fault.

The room looked recently updated, the beds were comfortable and it was clean. Although we didn't use the pool it looked very clean and inviting. The staff were nice. All in all a nice stay.

Even though the room was ready we did have to pay an extra $25. to be let in a couple hours early.

The room was really comfortable. We had all the amenities that we needed. It was very clean and it was very quiet.

Clean. The decorative grounds (planters, sidewalk, parking lot etc.) were well maintained, clean and cared for consistently during our multiple week stay. In addition, the housekeeping was also thorough, kind and consistent.

Here are a few big ones: 1. This is really an issue between booking.com and their listings. When searching for a hotel and specifically using filters for "pet friendly"...I would like to suggest an option to choose the number of pets, like number of travelers, to accurately price hotels. This location charged us almost double the booking price we were planning on because of their pet fees. 1. There should be a cap! It is legal robbery IMHO. 2. If the property accepts pets AND charges for pets, what do they do or provide to satisfy those charges? This hotel provided nothing. There was a building/fence easement (about 6 feet wide) that had basic weed/ground covering. There was no lawn, no shade, no place to really play or exercise a pet. They don't provide any dog bags or a waste station. The grounds has planters. Very nice to see. All over each one and the strip of artificial grass outside the pool are signs that say PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL with pictures to show no dogs should pee or poo in planters. OK. Agreed about the poo. I can't keep my dog from peeing on the only actual plants, grass or dirt in the area. They offer a very limited breakfast...VERY LIMITED.

Breakfast that was available was gross no eggs or hot food available, I had to leave to get food I could eat.

Did not eat breakfast at the Hotel. The price was great. The location was great. Room was clean. I did not interact with staff or maids. Just at check in at thr front desk. No problem there.

Next time I will not get a room close to the stairs going up to the second floor. Wasn't bad but sound travels.

Loud at night. Found a few earwigs on the carpet/ walls in my room over just one night. As a squirmy person, had to note it.

The sink light switch was very inconveniently located, and there was some kind of motor sports race going on across the street on Saturday night that was noisy for awhile, but it didn’t go very late. Everything else was fine.

Not much of a breakfast buffet. Downstairs rooms are noisy from upstairs guests walking around. Lots of light comes in through the wooden blinds in the morning.

For the price paid, this was tremendous value for money. The room was large and clean and had all the basics. Bedding was above average and everything was spotless.

It isn't exactly an upscale area so there was a bit of noise in the morning of other guests checking out and shouting across the parking lot or hauling cases around. Ukiah in general isn't really a tourist destination however it was a convenient stopping spot in our travels and for the small price paid, I was happy with the hotel.

The internet connection in my room was terrible. I could not get a connection on my devices at all most of the time, and when I could connect, it was very unstable—meaning useless. It is 2025, so this shouldn’t be an issue.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. The location was great too.

The breakfast was quite a let down. As such it was very basic, but what actually made it a black spot was the non availability of eatables well before the closure timing. And nobody to check and refill

It was a last minute booking as we needed a sleepover during our road trip from San Francisco to Eureka. The hotel was able to accommodate us for a requested ground floor room. It was a comfy overnight sleep.

Heater and plumbing from other units were very loud. The restaurant in the parking lot, literally feet from our door, was clanging around at their dumpster late at night

Very clean rooms, excellent staff, good value. The breakfast left a great deal to be desired when one is diabetic. No sugar-free sweeteners for coffee, no tea, no sugar-free syrup for the pancakes and the only protein was yogurt. And the only fruit was apples. It really wouldn’t take that much more in cost or effort to upgrade this a bit. This would not prevent me from staying here again if I were visiting Ukiah.

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste. And it would’ve been nice to have two comfortable chairs in the room instead of one cushion chair and one computer desk chair.
