Great Place

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were simple and clean. They had in room coffee, tv, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. The parking was very close to the room. Breakfast was included and it was a nice selection.

The breakfast room didn't open until 7 am on the weekends. We had to be to the conference by 7:30. Would have like the breakfast room open earlier.

I cannot afford that absurd rate for my pets.

I liked the location.

I booked a double room on line. $348 for 4 nights was wonderful. However, I had 2 pugs. I was charged an additional $25 per night, per pup, plus tax. An extra $222! Plus they gave me a single room, which I was not reimbursed, or credited for the difference in price.

We just needed a comfortable stay on our way to Fort Bragg. We stayed here last year and liked it.

The corporate feeling with different tiers for parking. Also the wifi would kick my off and each time I had to log back in. The system tries to get you to pay for some premiere thing when the wifi is supposed to be free. Just feel corporate and annoying.

My stay was comfortable for what I needed.

Breakfast was ok need scrambled eggs an yogurt to full fill breakfast. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet. Easy to transport luggage into room.

People smoked outside there room which would blow back to non smoking area. Need to be 25 feet from building.

Great value in a good location.

Large room with sofa bed and two queens. Fridge and microwave came in handy. Beds were firmer than I like but comfortable. Lots of pillows. Nice linens. Good location. Check-in was very easy and quick. Friendly staff. Single-cup coffee maker was nice. Room was very clean.

Breakfast was very weak by current standards. Light was pouring in through the bathroom window from outside streetlights or building lights. Very annoying, especially at night. Not too many TV options compared to even Motel 6.

Easy in, easy out. Very basic, but we literally came just to spend the night. We weren’t expecting much and were totally satisfied.

The breakfast was terrible. We went into town for a decent breakfast. Faucet in bathroom sink leaked badly if turned on more than very low flow. No streaming services on TV Very little floor space in room.

The breakfast was good and fresh. The location was also convenient. There was sufficient parking in the lot. The temperatute in the room was adjustable. The room service was flexible.

The room was smaller than indicated in the reservation ad. There were a few very large trucks in the lot which made it challenging to move about the parking lot. The option to check-in earlier was not provided.

Beware! Unfomfortable not kid friendly and old

There was plenty of parking

The pool was empty upon our arrival and we were told it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. We had no advance notice and it was 90 degrees all weekend. We brought the kids to this hotel for the pool. The room was poor quality, the beds were tiny and uncomfortable. The AC was very loud like a motor. The lobby stunk so bad of a cologne smell that was seemingly intentionally sprayed hourly. The kids went down for breakfast on Monday at 9:25am and they were told they couldn’t have any and it closes at 9:30 apparently on weekdays. Just awful. Never going here again.

Comfy rooms

The stuff is helpful and kind, their rooms are big and clean. They offer smoking rooms options and good prices. Homeless people hang out at the other side of the road but never bother or have any problem. Every time we have to do a night in Ukiah we always choose Quality Inn. Best hotel in town Quality/prize.
