The first night, my family and I arrived we were woke up by the freeway right over the hotel and construction going on right next-door. The beds were pretty dirty. I ended up getting another room and the suite was still dirty. That was dust on the counters just all around was not a very comfy hotel to stay in And would not be spending my money there again.

The hotel was dirty for a hotel that’s supposed to be in intertwined with the best Western. I was very disappointed found hairs inside the bed. The counters were dusty. My microwave was pretty dirty. An overall just not a very clean hotel.

I made the reservation for one of our speakers. She showed up with a hotel confirmation number, and it was not honored. She was told there were no rooms available, yet was "offered" a suite, and had to pay for it. I am waiting for a full refund of the reservation I made, to reimburse at least part of her expenses. This is a negative review, we will not continue promoting the hotel during our business venues!

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and inviting. The breakfast was lacking protein of any kind but if you wanted, cereal, toaster waffles, toast, or bagels there was plenty of that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

**Honest real review from June 21, 2025 ** We were visiting in California for just under 2 weeks and stopping and booking hotel rooms wherever we ended up for the night. I’ve never had any problems with booking until we booked at this hotel. Before I went ahead and booked my room through Expedia, I called the hotel to ask for their rates to see if they could give me a better deal. A lady answered the call and answered my questions, Expedia was still giving a better deal so I let her know I will be booking for the night but I’ll go ahead and do it through Expedia. She then started to sound annoyed and said okay fine but then you owe me a $200 deposit - fair every hotel charges that so I was like yeah that’s fine. She confirmed with me that they only had suite rooms available and they costed more but we were fine with the price. I have now booked our room and we’re driving about 1.5 hours to this hotel. A couple hours go by and she calls me and says oh Expedia has a glitch and they have no rooms available now. I’m like but when I called you - you told me you had only suite rooms available and she goes oh well maybe it got booked by the time we got off the phone? I told her I had everything filled out on the app and that the room got booked within 20 seconds of us getting off the phone and me hitting submit on the room booking? Like all of the suite rooms? She was so rude and continued to make excuses and then hangs up the phone on us. First bad experience ever.

It’s right off the main road but once inside you can’t hear traffic or outside so that was nice. The room was good sized. For the price it was a good deal.

It’s right off the highway so easy access. The front desk people were very friendly. The room was clean and nice looking, comfy bed, great shower. We thought breakfast was fine. Bagels, waffles, muffins, English muffins, cereal, fruit, juice, and coffee. Better than some breakfasts I’ve had while traveling on the road.

The only thing I did not like a why I rated the staff and overall rating low was because they don't say anything when your booking that there is a 200$ deposit and the staff at the front desk said it would come right back into my account when I check out with is a lie it's been 3 days and it still hasn't gone back in my bank account

Check in was delayed by internet issues, fine, I went to get dinner. When I got back I was checked in with the promise of a late check out. But they gave me a key and room number of an already occupied room. Luckily I did not try to enter that room before the front desk clerk located me and gave me the new key and gave me the correct room number. When I entered the room it was oddly furnished and STANK of bleach and other cleaning supplies. There is obviously room for a couch or something similar, and there are lights suggesting there should be a table or something in the corner but it was just empty. This is a pet friendly hotel, but there is no where for your dog to do their business, no bags provided for clean up, and the pet fee is not mentioned where I booked this room. It was right on the highway and close to gas stations, a grocery store, etc, but I would not stay here again.
