Coffee could have been warmer. Provide trays for people who want to eat in their room. We were traveling with a dog so it would have been easier to get food back to our room.

Hidden Gem

We were surprised at what a hidden gem this was in the little town of Ukiah. When I say "little" there is no Uber/Lyft only a taxi service with 2 cars total. Robert at the front desk was a hoot, after some plans were changed he suggested other things to do & our night ended up being so fun! We probably had more fun than we should of with early morning plans the next day but the 6am breakfast (which was a nice one) was perfect for us to fuel up for the morning and soak up our prior nights fun. We will be back!!

Not the end of the world but weird, they ran out of soap so our bathroom only had body wash (in the shower) to wash our hands after using the toilet.

Breakfast was standard hotel quality. They kept it stocked well throughout the morning. You definitely need to have two waffle makers.

For some reason our house keeper came and took our trash, restocked our towels, but left the bed un made? Also, it would be nice to have four bath towels instead of two.

They cancelled us without any notification. The manager stayed they were overbooked and rudely dismissed us.

Short, but Fun Visit

Great pool, lobby, and breakfast. The staff were the best. Said hello everytime I walked in.

There is a particularly strong, nasty "feet" smell in the room. The carpet is pretty worn, so maybe that is the problem. Should change the carpet.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable place to kick back on a hot summer afternoon.

Pool area was both covered and open. Also surrounded by vegetation that was nice and quiet. And there were tables with umbrellas available on the sides of the pool. Breakfast was more substantial than other hotels.

Some rooms are a long walk from reception.

When we got there the staff said that there were no two queen bed rooms, but he gave a us two king rooms for the same price. He was so nice! The breakfast was very good and the pool area was nice.

Very quiet and comfortable in a convenient location

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding, towels etc. were of good quality. We requested a very quiet room and were placed in a location well-suited for quiet. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. For our traveling-through needs, the location was excellent.

The fixtures in the bathroom were in need of simple maintenance, nothing serious but a bit surprising. The toilet seat was very loose on the toilet, and the bathtub drain stopper didn't work, so we couldn't take a bath; when we arrived, the stopper was disconnected (unscrewed) from the drain, and even after I screwed the stopper into the drain the stopper wouldn't stay down to plug the drain.

Absolutely nithing

Rooms were not ready nor just for us but other patrons as well. I had to get ready to attend a graduation in the hotel lobby bathroom instead. The room was not clean to our standards. There was no phone in the room. The TV would not work. The toilet was backed up and we had to use the lobby bathroom each time. We let the front desk know upon our departure and no apology or compensation. Ridiculous

A regularly scheduled, very noisy refrigerated truck ran its motor all night long in the parking lot directly across from my room. I’m incredulous that such a situation exists in a place that is precisely meant for rest. Staff provided insufficient ear plugs as a useless and unwanted antidote.
