Very clean, and nice

The pool closes at 10.. it was filled with children the entire time, would be cool if it closed to children at 10 so adults without kids could get some pool time in with out being bothered by children running around screaming the entire time.

The first hour was good.....then.......

The power went out at midnight and never did come back on. It became too hot to sleep, no charge for cell phones, no shower, pitch black, fell on the stairs dragging all our luggage in the completely dark stairs from 4th floor, no breakfast, no coffee and NO REFUND OR ANYTHING.... emailed Hampton and refused to help with anything

Clean, comfortable hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. The included breakfast was better than most at this price point. Would stay here again.

GREAT STAFF, WONDERFUL BREAKFAST. CLEAN ROOMS.

POOL WAS CLOSED. THE WHOLE REASON HAMPTON INN WAS CHOSEN WAS BECAUSE IT HAD AN INDOOR POOL FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN THAT WERE TRAVELING WITH ME. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED WHEN BOOKING IF THE POOL WAS FUNCTIONING AND OPEN. WHEN WE GOT THERE, NO POOL. NO ONE COULD RECOMMEND OR ATTEMPT TO FIND US ANOTHER HAMPTOM INN CLOSE TO OUR FINAL DESTINATION THAT DID HAVE A POOL. ALL I WAS TOLD WAS, YOU CAN'T GO IN YOUR ROOM UNTIL YOU DECIDE IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE OR NOT. UM, HELLO, THE REASON WE WOULD NOT WANT TO STAY IS BECAUSE OF THE POOL SITUATION. I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAD NUMEROUS TEENAGERS THERE THAT NIGHT FOR A SOCCER TOURNAMENT THAT WAS IN TOWN. I GET CLOSING THE POOL FOR SAFETY REASONS. BUT DON'T TELL ME ITS OPEN AND THEN WHEN I CHECK I HAVE TO FIND OUT ON MY OWN THAT THE POOL IS CLOSED. I AM GENERALLY A HAMTPON INN FAN AND NORMALLY STAY AT THE HAMPTON INN WHEN TRAVELING. I WILL SAY THAT THIS STAY LEFT A LITTLE BIT OF A BITTER TASTE FOR HAMPTON INN. MAYBE WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE HAMPTON.

Convenience of location to the venue

I booked through booking.com and they have over $1600 pending charges on my card. I know that they would drop off but the total was to only be $336.51. They ended up still charging me $376. I will never book with them again and will probably not stay at this hotel again. The toilet was running, tv didn't work (due to the storm one day) but it never worked. Also, there was leak coming from a window.

breakfast is always good and is one reason I select Hampton when I travel. Would have like to have an English muffin as one of the bread choices.

Am mobility impaired, asked for a room on first floor when I booked, ended up on fourth floor. Lots of standing waiting for elevator as well as extra steps. No soap dish in shower.
