This is not a 3 star hotel!!! Not worth the money. Wish the ratings were up to date.

Not much.. the staff at check in was nice and helpful. Breakfast presentation was beautiful but taste was not.

Dirty bed and toilet, run down, carpet stained and ripped, walls cracked, dirty doors. Ac unit on the wall non functional-a written note stating this. Smelled like mildew. Furniture worn. Not a 3 star hotel!!! Not worth the money. Breakfast was rubbery eggs, gravy that was clumped, orange juice had crunchy things in bottom of glass. Ratings need to be updated as well as the hotel both inside and out. The staff at the front was nice and changed the room but it definitely wasn’t worth the stay or money. I expected more luxury, nicer bed. This hotel might be a 1.5 star not even a 2. Radisson needs to be aware of the run down condition of this hotel. Its s shameful to the name.

Quick stay

Location and staff were great especially the lady in the breakfastroom she was phenomenal!!! I did not catch her name and only interacted with her briefly but noticed how warm and welcoming she was to each and every guest that come down to eat.

Bad mattresses were kind of hard and our room smelled musty but was very clean and a shower was absolutely fantastic better than most motel rooms. Aside from the smell, it was a great stay!!

Very plesant staff, but the room could use some improvements.

The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was really good! Not much of a variety to choose from, but still really good. The room stayed nice and chill with the AC.

The beds were quite firm and uncomfortable. The room smelled damp when we walked in, and the tub was clogged.

Great place, not good with someone with Alpha-gal Syndrome.

I was traveling and came down sick due to an extreme allergy that I have. This was the closest hotel with comfortable looking beds, based on the photos. I wanted a cozy bed to rest in since I was sick.

The lobby smelled strongly of breakfast when I left. I would never stay here again considering I have a severe allergy to mammal products and just the smell triggers severe reactions. But the hotel was great. Oh, and the elevator was questionable.

The AC was very cold.

The AC smelled funny. The shelf in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The wall mounted temp controller in the room was not working. The whole first floor smelled like people were smoking weed in the lobby. The staff room smelled like they where having a weed smoking party. The kitchen did not have breakfast ready at 7am as posted. The pool was not open. It wasn't posted on the web site it was closed.

The location was good. The egg omelet, coffee, and waffle were delicious!

I did not like that the bathroom door did not completely shut, and the front door security latch was very loose. There was a piece of mold that came out of the water/juice machine.

Great hotel

It was near where we needed to be. There’s also a walkable Walmart nearby. Breakfast was good with egg omelette and boiled egg. Overall very satisfied.

Ok if in a bind, but I expected cleaner/nicer for the price.

Breakfast was decent. The waffles and fruit were great! The beds were fairly comfortable, and I liked having the thermostat available to change the temperature in our room. Check in and check out processes were easy and fast.

The gravy and sausage were not good. They needed more than one waffle maker. I pulled the cover back on one bed once we unpacked. There were a few long black hairs on the sheet. There were also a couple hairs on the top edge of the bathtub and one on the wall. Our toilet handle fell off when we flushed. The top lock on our door was about to fall off.

Will never book through you or the Radisson again

The fact that it said they had 2 pools and they only had 1 which was closed. That was the only reason I booked . It was for my granddaughter and I to swim which we didn't get to. The whole stay was ruined. It was nonrefundable.
