Overall, it was fine. I won’t book here again though; prompt service is necessary with things like air.

Clean, easily accessible

The air went out in our room at 11pm. I called down to get them to check it. The front desk guy said he’d be right up. He never came and my kids fell asleep, so I didn’t call back and since it was 16 degrees in Arkansas, the room wasn’t unbearable. …until I woke up at 2am sweating. I called back down to the desk, he came up and said it wasn’t working and moved us to a room across the hall. I don’t mind having to move, I just wish we didn’t have to be forgotten about and then very uncomfortable 3 hours later just to have to wake and move our children.

Great Place to stay

The front desk person was kind enough to place me on the first floor near an exit so I could take my dog in and out easily. The room was big and homey. The shower was wonderful. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance.

It was on the opposite side of the highway, but that is totally on me!

The bedding is very comfortable! Our suite was roomy.

The sofa is low to the ground. As older adults, it was a strain to stand up. The microwave is very old.

Too expensive!!

Cleanlieness

The $25 charge for the pet. I was told up front by the clerk who signed me in that their was nor charge for my dog, but on my bill I had to pay $25. My dog did absolutely no damage what so ever., so why the charge. Thi will be my last stay in a Comfort Inn for this reason.

This was a great place to stay. The desk staff was cheery and efficient. The room was clean and well attended. Room was quiet and it was easy to get back on the highway.

The breakfast was the usual fare but the attendant was right on top of things in the dining area. Kept the tables cleared and asked guests if she could be of service with anything. This is not usually the case, so it was a pleasant surprise. Thanks.

I really didn't like there was no place to get a drink. I was so dehydrated when we got there. They had one vending machine and it only takes dollar bills and no one has change at the desk for a credit card or a money, ATM machine and you could not order any drinks. I was literally spitting cotton that night. My mouth was so dry. I just wanted a cold drink. That was very disappointing when you get in late at night otherwise it was great.

Room reeked of smoking even though it is a smoke free hotel. We should have changed rooms on check in but elevator was out of service and we didn't feel like climbing stairs on this visit. Also wasn't a fan of the room layout with the lavatory being in the main room instead of the usual bath location.

Great Hotel just needs better security

Strangers entering the pool area, ppl who aren't residents at the pool, I had to make 4 ppl leave I have 2 teen daughters and stranger men entered the area I had to make them leave wíth my weapon. I'm a retired Marine so it wasn't hard but the fact that it happened was disappointing

Rude front desk lady.

Front desk was rude. No manager on duty and the employee wasn’t willing to give her name. I was charged and never stayed. Getting a refund is very time consuming and the employee didn’t offer any assistance. Just told us to stay somewhere else. You’re better off at the Laquinta or Home2 right next door. Staff was exceptional at both locations.

Overall exceeded expectations!

Loved the area. Close to gas, Starbucks and highway. The bed and pillows were comfy! Overall, very impressed. I will be back!

Seemed like there was some construction happening in my room before I arrived (dry wall dust on door handles and in corners). The shampoo, soap, and hand soap dispensers were empty. Not a big deal but just noticeable. My only real complaint was that the AC was off and it took a few hours to get comfortable. It was a hot, muggy day.

Elevator seemed old and like it was going to break down at any moment, ended up taking the stairs majority of the time because it took forever for the elevator to get there even though the building was 3-4 stories high and we were on the 2nd floor

Comfortable beds - bedding was light but kept us just the right temperature with the ac on, right by the highway but very quiet, nice breakfast, clean, very friendly staff

Wifi password didn’t work but we got there late anyway, so it didn’t matter to us and we didn’t call about it.
