I loved everything about the property, especially the toilet seat lids which the other La Quinta in Louisville and one other did not have . Difficult when you have a dog. The staff was so helpful. The rooms impeccably furnished and out-fitted. The upgrades for safety in the bathrooms was very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. The flat screen tv high definition was great to watch the Blue Jays Mariners World Championship game. The breakfast was wonderful - scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hash browns, bagels, gravy, great coffee. I love the La Quinta chain.

We were comfortable and slept very well.

It was clean and light, plenty of windows. The handicap shower was very well equipped. Bed and room were comfortable. Everything we saw was very clean and staff was incredibly helpful and well-mannered. The staff was very responsive and called me after we checked out to let me know I had left one of my meds there; they are holding on to it till we head back their way, and offered to mail it to us if we preferred.

The breakfast was okay. It was a bit bland, but was decent. I wish the ingredients would’ve been a bit better. Seemed a little cheap for my liking.

Gravy was bland. I could tell the eggs were powdered. The biscuits had a weird chemical taste. I guess it was the bleach in the flour. Oh and the sausage was very cheap and fatty tasting.

Honestly we loved this hotel. Best La Quinta we’ve ever stayed at. Pool was clean, the location was nice and plenty of grass for pets. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Better than expected but room A/C rather humid

Although 3-star, there were lots of little details which made it much better than the Comfort Inn in which we stayed last time. For example, the towels were nicely organised and the room felt generally welcoming.

The room temperature was set at 71°F but still felt very humid making it feel a little warm. Nevertheless, we slept well with just the cover sheet. One last thing, the evening receptionist was initially welcoming but became almost disinterested during the check-in process. It was a little odd.

A great place for a night of rest. The place is clean. Beds were comfy. The ihop next door made for an easy dinner.

Booking.com claims excellent breakfast. Far from that. It’s a regular breakfast, nothing fancy. The WiFi was slow, about 20 mbps.

Great hotel!

Rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable and there was no noise from other rooms.

We only had one issue. We were there for 3 nights, to visit a relative in a nearby hospital. We got back to the hotel all 3 nights very tired, and the room key would not work. Each night staff had to eventually come up to the room to let us in. The last night, we had to move to a different room, until maintenance staff could get the door open. Then we had to gather our belongings to move to another room.
