It provided a place to stay between destinations.

Breakfast on w/e is later than during week. Because we needed to leave early we could not partake of breakfast. Time should be the same for all days as we were not aware the time was later on w/e.

Major privacy and security concerns

Location was easy

I travel frequently. Not only did they not have the room grade I booked, they gave me a key that opened up a room already occupied! I walked in to a couple on the bed….. yeah. That bad. That is a first for me. The security concerns and privacy violation is inexcusable. How does that even happen?

No towels when we got out of the pool. We had to go to the room soak and wet the floors and elevator was soaked. Breakfast ladies were rude for no reason and always complaining to each other.

An absolute nightmare

We made a reservation, got there about 10pm. The line was out the door and 2 people were already mad and complaining. We received our room and key and went upstairs to the room. Neither key would unlock the door. We go back downstairs and receive another set of key cards and another room and they don’t work either. There is also 2 families on our floor and a couple downstairs who can’t get into their rooms. The lady at the desk is horrible at customer service and even thought it was funny. It’s now 11:30pm and we are exhausted and just want to sleep. She doesn’t help us so we tell them we just want our money back and she tells us she can’t do that. We ended up reloading all the stuff in our car and driving a mile away and renting another room and finally laid down at midnight. I really want our money back so do I go through Booking.com or Holiday Inn Express?

A Great place to stay outside Hotsprings!

I loved the Breakfast! Hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, egg white omelets! . Anna was very helpful and assisted me with looking up my IHG member ID .

The front entrance between the double doors was sopping wet! I fell and hit my head and hurt my tailbone and had to get checked out at the emergency room because no one dried the area! It was so wet when I fell my clothes were sopping wet!
