Location

Booked room with jacuzzi whirlpool tub but it did not actually work. By the time I figured that out, it was very late and I wasn’t able to inform staff until the morning. Very disappointing. Room was not clean.

Awful experience for amount we had to pay.

Location was good

Old dated decor. Sink and tub drains were clogged and very slow to drain. Shower head was crooked and installed horribly. Just pulling knob on bath faucet to transfer flow to shower felt like faucet would pull free of wall and you couldn’t get full flow to shower head. Old furniture and chipped furnishings. Towel rack is broken. Elevator flooring tiles chipped. Hall carpets dirty. Front counter at reception has leading edge falling apart. Breakfast was so limited and cheap we chose not to try. Our overall experience was awful and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Owners need to totally remodel and upgrade. Very poor experience and for what we were charged….awful.

Upon check in provided state tax exempt form to receptionist who apparently threw it away and told his manager he has never received such a form. 4 day process to resolve. No apology offered.

Did not enjoy our stay.

1. as soon as we entered to the room, my wife found a cockroach on the floor. 2. The tub wasn't draining water . 3. Awful and poor breakfast. Very dirty, bad quality and only couple of toasts and expired jelly 4. Customer service was extremely ugly and disappointing- NOT ACCEPTABLE 5. Charging extra $ 10 for accusing of stealing used towel 6. Both ladies, one named "Nue" was extremely rude and refused us to talk to manager. 7. The place doesn't worth the money at all. There are much better facilities who know how to take care of guests

Meh, kinda dirty with long standing maintenance issues, uncomfortable bed. Will avoid next time.

location was good and not hideously overpriced considering SXSW was going on. plugs for phones and laptop built into headboard (needs it on both sides though!). staff seemed nice. free paperback book to return at another Radisson was a nice touch. breakfast was ok. plz consider loads of people can’t have dairy. maybe add hard boiled eggs as an option or just get eggs w/o dairy.

dirty grime buildup on the bathroom wall where people had grabbed to lean and turn on the water. I wanted to scrub the wall. yuck. paint peeling on ceiling and door. rusty door hinges and ceiling HVAC grates, old yellow looking shower and counter like you’d see in a 20yr old camper left to bake in the Texas summer sun. beds were hard as a rock. it seems a recurring theme at Radisson hotels I’ve stayed at , even nicer ones - maintenance is often lacking. I’ve stayed at some with missing bathroom doors, towel rack dangling from the wall, leaks, etc. I will seek other options going forward.
