The stay was accommodating. Location is close to many restaurants, room was clean, good breakfast.

The room accommodations were good, the hotel/room was clean and beds were comfy.

The a/c units needs to be updated immediately!! Had a moldy scent every time we entered the room, and seems very outdated. Very concerning!!

A few issues that were fixed, but overall GREAT!

The beds were super comfortable, everything was very clean, and the breakfast was amazing! And the switch from the horrible room to the better room was a smooth and quick process.

The first room we had smelled like smoke, the light over the microwave didn't work, the AC was defective and would keep turning off every 20-30 minutes, and the shower had no hair conditioner.

Located strategically

The cleaners do not clean the rooms. I paid for four days, and they come in to change the toiletries every day, but never bother to sweep the floor. I have to ask them for it before it is done. The AC made so much noise too, but it’s a good place to stay for budget but it’s far from everything you want to experience in Austin.

Nice place, needs some improvement

The staff was at the front desk was always professional and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants nearby with some even at a walking distance.

The 1st room did not have hot water running in the faucet and with maintenance unable to fix I was asked to move, unfortunately I forgot my shower sponge and even after I advised the cleaning staff that I had just moved two doors down she just threw it away. That move brought me even closer to the kennel next door that would allow for the constant barking noise at all hours into the night. Morning breakfast was the same for all three days of my stay.

Beds were not queen sized as stated in the reservation, could barely fit 2 people on it. Guests were extremely rowdy in the parking lot and the hotel is located near a neighborhood and there was dogs barking all night long.

The property was clean upon arrival and the bed was comfortable

-When I first checked into my room, the toilet was running and we quickly learned that you have to jiggle the handle after using the restroom in order to get the water to fill back up. -The AC worked for the most part, however, on the second day it was rather humid in the room compared to the day of check in. -When the housekeeping staff provided us “clean towels” when they cleaned the restroom, we are more than certain that they just folded the old towels that we had on the floor because the towels were damp. -The room phone did not work so you had to use your phone to call down to the front desk. -I called to get more towels brought up and the gentleman at the front desk stated that we had to come down to get them (which is not a problem) however he had attitude about having to repeat himself to me when I couldn’t hear him the first time. (He was basically whispering) -The most disgusting discovery was on day two of our stay, we noticed that there was old food left behind in the microwave that had not been removed by housekeeping. We left it there so it could still be there to this day.

I have a service dog, which is a Medical Alert dog. An East Indian man (manager maybe?) called me out in front of other patrons and employees, telling me loudly that my dog was not allowed. I showed him my badge and the dogs service tags and explained that the dog was a service animal. He ridiculed me and stated “ IT IS NOT A SERVICE DOG” in front of everyone. I have never been treated like this ANYWHERE I have taken my service animal and was humiliated and near tears. Then he charged me fees to punish me for having the dog. I wish I would have gotten this man’s name. So the price I paid to stay in this nice hotel, was beyond what I could afford and they took it, unlawfully out of my bank debit card leaving me short for bills this month as I am on a fixed low income. I am thinking about filing charges on this man.

The room was nice and clean.

I pre checked in and still took 30 min when I arrived to get room assignment. Clerk was extremely slow. Shower was poorly maintained water almost flooded bathroom.

The breakfast didn't have any healthy options besides whole fruit and no utensils to cut the fruit up. The gym didn't have any free weights.
