We expected a complimentary breakfast. We paid for breakfast and it was very expensive and not good. I paid $11 for a small breakfast sandwich that was awful. Even the coffee was expensive. My brothers, who were in another room paid for a breakfast bowl and did not eat it because it was not good.

Room 3x’s the price of hotels in the same area. There should be bottled water in the room for the price. Room could be larger. It was extremely small. A tub would have been nice.

Very horrible stay due to noisy neighbor

Room size is good & like the toilet and shower area being separate from the sink. Make it easier traveling with kids. The bed is very comfortable and like the room with sofa bed. The microwave was a plus.

Our room was suite to next door, these doors have no sound proof. Very unfortunate of us to have an extremely noisy next door. He was on phone talking out loud with speaker. We can hear both side of the conversation. After 2-3hr the phone, he then had friends over to his room talking out loud and playing music the whole night. With the room air conditioner fan blowing at high still not able to block the noise. Called the front desk at 3am, music finally stop at 5am! Horrible stay!!

The cook called in sick so the man handling front desk and breakfast and coffee was able to give us our included free breakfast out of the refrigerated case.

Get the pool open. We were looking forward to a swim that night.

They did not give the room that was reserved and my disabled son had to sleep on the floor on a inflatable bed that lost most of air during the night. Did not have the sofa bed in it or ada shower either. Staff and assistant manager Vanessa called me a liar when I told it was not the room I agree to when I made the reservation and she offer no apology plus feels that 30.00 refunded is fair. This is basically a switch and bait game.
