May be the nicest room I've ever stayed in

Our room was super nice and clean. There was nothing stained or broken. The bed was quite comfy and we had a nice sitting area and were able to hang out in the room very comfortably. The shower pressure was awesome, which was a big plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had planned on eating breakfast here, but they didn't have eggs available. If you have a special diet that doesn't include grains, you may plan to eat elsewhere. Fortunately, Denny's is right next door and is very good.

Ricki & Aaron at the front desk were exceptionally helpful. I had some issues booking our stay through a 3rd party app which resulted in a double booking. Ricki caught this & took care of it for us. She was great! Also, Christine(breakfast manager) was delightful.

Great location and super clean

The location was great, close to the freeway, restaurants, and gas. The room was very large and had a nice balcony. Nice espresso machine in the lobby and good breakfast with excellent service. I will definitely stay here again when I travel.

Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and had the good pillows, the vanity area was well lighted and separate from the toilet and shower area, which is always nice, The free breakfast was above average. Everything was very fresh and the bacon was exceptional, five stars to the breakfast crew.

We were watching TV before we left for dinner, when we came back, the screen was telling us that the signal had been interrupted and that we needed to reset our connection or call Comcast, neither of which we could do. Called down to the front desk several times, but the line was always busy so just made do with our phones.

I'm done, never going back. It's a flip of the coin at this place!

I stay here because of how close it is to my grand kids. For the most part it's an ok place. It looks nice outside but not always maintained well inside the room.

I have stayed here maybe 6-8 nights at different times. I'm stupid to keep coming back but I do it because of the proximity to where I need to be. This time was a refrigerator that didn't work. We use one when we stay. The next day we were offered a different room but who wants to pack up and move. (why couldn't they just change out the fridge from the room they wanted to move us to???) Time before the heater/AC unit made a herendous noise. Time before the door didn't fit the frame and a huge gap was open. OK i have learned -- i'm done i'm not going back.. promise! And the thing that bothers me ? NOT ONE CALL OR CORRISPONDENCE FROM MANAGEMENT.

SPECTACULAR

The breakfast was spectacular, better than most other places serving breakfast. Everything was fresh and kept warm for consumption. The room was spacious and plenty of space to rest our heads. I loved how the location was right off the freeway. Easy to jump right on to Beltline towards Eugene. Everything about our stay was just an 11 out of 10!!!

Room was very large

Staff wasn’t very helpful, except for the gentleman that checked us in. Didn’t seem to care too much about our concerns. Sketchy people in parking lot both nights, yelled at for asking for toilet paper, workout equipment broken, pool closed, woke up with bug bites, water in shower suddenly turned scalding hot, very over priced, random alarms going off early in the morning that staff knew nothing about.

First and last time at Best Western.

Nice staff, friendly. Breakfast was decent. The room seemed clean too so no complaints there. But the hotel failed miserably by giving us a room with torn off panels off the walls, a heater that made so much noise you couldn't sleep and poor internet.

Shocking to be given a room with torn off panels off the walls. How a room isn't closed off like this until things are completed I don't know. Awful internet, and a heater in the room that had a low, med and high setting, but only seemed to work on high and made so much noise you couldn't sleep. The hotel had an issue with their washing machine breaking down, but that was out of their control so no issues with the shortage of towels - understandable. However to allow a room like that to be hired out is in their control, and thus the poor rating.

Rm 209 Bathroom door didn't latch. Shower took time to get hot then was absurdly hot and could not be turned down.
