location, size of rooms, breakfast food, front desk help, beds were comfortable and the room was pre warmed in the cold weather.
TVs have 2 remotes and are complicated, the lady in the kitchen was crazy loud and kept interjecting her life in everyone's conversation. She asked me to move out of her way while I was serving my breakfast so she could access the restock mdse in the lower cabinets. She was slow at restocking while she continued personal conversation with people. She did not stay up with restocking food when it ran out. It was only 7:30 in the morning. ugh

I stay here because of how close it is to my grand kids. For the most part it's an ok place. It looks nice outside but not always maintained well inside the room.
I have stayed here maybe 6-8 nights at different times. I'm stupid to keep coming back but I do it because of the proximity to where I need to be. This time was a refrigerator that didn't work. We use one when we stay. The next day we were offered a different room but who wants to pack up and move. (why couldn't they just change out the fridge from the room they wanted to move us to???) Time before the heater/AC unit made a herendous noise. Time before the door didn't fit the frame and a huge gap was open. OK i have learned -- i'm done i'm not going back.. promise! And the thing that bothers me ? NOT ONE CALL OR CORRISPONDENCE FROM MANAGEMENT.
