We specified our check in hours. We checked in at night. Heater was off And room was freezing cold. We checked in at 9pm. We showered in cold temperature . The front desk aware but did not offer new room. Went to bed at 11 and room is still icy cold even if we had the temp at 85 cont. since we gor in at 0900 pm. I requested not too noisy room. We are the room adjacent to the elevator. Room is at the main highway.

Convenient to the freeway, modern and clean.

I wish I could have had a room not facing the parking lot. Breakfast options were lacking but at least they had a high quality protein yogurt. Also wish they had toothpaste because I forgot to pack mine.

A nice room, if you close your eyes from the entrance of the hotel to your room.

The room has been remodeled.

The lobby was tore up completely, there was plastic all over the floors and on the elevator floor. They didn’t give us the hours for breakfast when we checked in so when we came down at 9:30 breakfast was already finished. Also, our room was the only room remodeled on the floor. When we came out of the room, there were boxes everywhere and they were remodeling. Nowhere on the website does it say that they are remodeling. I would not have booked, if I would have known that.

Great location to stop on a long road trip. Friendly staff, nice breakfast room, updated decor. Plenty of inexpensive places to eat nearby.

Appreciate the charging stations!

Conveniently located. Loved the charging stations offered in the room. Very nice. Clean. Could tell they were working hard at upgrading. One staff member went above and beyond to find something I left behind and save it for me to pick up . I wish I would have got her name to give her a shout out for great customer service!

Only one thing. Our car was hit and run in the parking lot. When the police came, the front desk was not helpful at all. Told the police. “Maybe we will have someone look at the cameras next week, I’m not even sure they were on.” Other than that, our stay was quite nice.

Value for money

Loved the continental breakfast, they had high protein yoghurt(Oikos) which really amazed me. Oats, bread and muffins were decent. The rooms looked recently upgraded, and were very spacious and modern. They got rid of closet doors, cupboard faces and nightstand drawers to make the room more airy and easier to move around. Great deal for a hundred bucks on the 4th of July weekend.

Did not have liquid body wash and hair conditioner.

Horrible! Never staying here again. Will stay at the La Quinta next door, next time!

Nothing. The old lady at the front desk was very very rude not just to me but my husband. They were renovating and the place smelled so bad. I looked at the place and asked how much a night they change and she said usually 150 a night and they up priced Father’s Day weekend because there were events and she said everybody does it, which is not okay. So be aware. They up priced it so much for this 1 star hotel, I would have thought we were in a 5 star hotel for one day. It was almost three times the amount we would have paid any other time. The lady made sure to let my husband know that there was a very very limited breakfast. It was an all around not a good experience and we will not be staying here ever again.

We didn’t like the staff, or the property. We were not made aware they would be renovating and causing so much noise or having dust that my allergic husband had to be around. The staff were very rude and I don’t mean just having a bad day kind of rude either.

They were under construction. And the Continental breakfast wasn’t that great. Of course, we didn’t make down until almost the end. There was no place to sit and enjoy breakfast. We had to take everything back to our room to eat what little there was

Easy overnight stay location while on a road trip.

Easy location to get to off the interstate. Great for a quick overnight stay. Older hotel, but recently updated. Many restaurants and fast food locations within walking distance.

Breakfast room was under construction, so had to carry breakfast back to the room to eat. With the construction done, the logistics of breakfast will be better.

We appreciated the rooms cleanliness and comfort for a good price.

Room was clean, furniture was functional, we didn't hear anyone else. Elevator worked. AC unit worked and TV worked. We appreciated the microwave and mini fridge in the rooms.

Breakfast felt lack luster. The waffles offered were only Eggo waffles, but they had been sitting out and were soggy instead of frozen. They ran out of bananas and that was the only fresh fruit option.

The hallway had wires and a foot stool in it. Which is no big deal except it was 10 pm when I got to room. It was there again in morning at 10 am. You’d think they would not have left it out law suit waiting to happen. The hallway was scary till I got to room! It was great!

Great spot to spend a night on a road trip. Lots of restaurant chains within walking distance.

Great location, nice clean room. Front desk was attentive and pleasant when I called to complain about noise upstairs. The front desk didn't answer the phone initially, but called back immediately and handled the situation.

The desk lamp in our room didn't work. We also had extremely noisy neighbors above us, literally stomping and jumping (like a young child). Not the fault of the motel at all, but annoying nonetheless.

At 11 o’clock at night there were dogs barking inside the hotel and the lady above me was playing fetch with her dog so I called the front desk and they took care of it. The breakfast was frozen waffles and a banana, coffee and juice. The lady at the front desk in the morning was quite rude.

Gotta take off 1 for outdoor construction. But I was amazed that we heard no noise at all. And we were on the first floor! This hotel is so well-staffed. The front desk folks are efficient yet friendly. I asked for an extra blanket and had one in less than 30 seconds! Our room was spotless as well as fresh-smelling, hard to do I imagine, with all the construction.
