Perfect for a stay at Easton

This hotel was a huge disappointment.

Location was the only decent aspect of this hotel.

Bathroom setup stinks. Wasn’t very clean. Odor in room. Pool was dirty despite low usage. Front desk told us 10:30a on the prepaid breakfast. We got down to the bistro at 10:05 and were told it closed down at 10am. I hate to complain but this was an all around bad experience.

I made a reservation a month in advance, asking to check in the hotel between 1-3 and they did not have a room for until 5:30. The cleanliness of the room wasn't good.

Coffee pot was dirty, shower door wouldn't stay closed during shower, mattress pad had ripped straps and would stay on the bed, bed was very uncomfortable, my husband and I were stiff all weekend. I paid almost $600 for two nights and I will never do that again. My stay mightve been worth $350. I won't book with Marriot Easton again.

I loved the beds, location. I wish the floors were laminate or hardwood. The carpets was very difficult with my allergies I smelled pets order. Please consider removing the carpets.

The TV is in the wrong spot- or the bed!! It was very uncomfortable trying to watch the tv if you were lying in the bed ! Always had your head crooked , or had to try to lay funny in te bed to watch it 🥴 the bed needs moved in the other direction 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is not an idea hotel for families.

I was very disappointed to learn that although I booked my reservation for 5 and paid the higher amount for breakfast it only covered 4 of the 5 guest! That is not highlighted or made known anywhere during the booking process! Otherwise I would have choose a more family friendly, an all guest inclusive hotel! The pool is tiny, not the most appealing for children.

When I booked my reservation I selected the option for 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. Upon arrival I was put in a small room with only 2 queen beds. Initially the front desk rep said it was only shown like that on the pictures and then I explained to her I didn’t see a picture with that shown! In the actual description of my selection it stated as well as had the example of 2 beds and a sofa shown! Luckily they were able to accommodate and put us in the correct room but I think it is to be noted about this ahead of time. Although you may be selecting the option for additional sleep space if traveling with 4+ guest, upon arrival that may not be what is actually made available. It should be made clear that irregardless of how many you state on your booking, breakfast is only for 4 guest period!

Don’t trust them if you booked with them. They cancel your reserve and leave you on the street.

The property looks clean as I was in the lobby area.

The staffs canceled my reservation and sold for other customers. I was almost sleeping on the street with my little kids as all hotels were booked. Finally I end up in a very dirty, and unsafe hotel to spent my night with my kids. I was not sleeping until 3AM as I was not feeling safe for my kids.

The way the "included breakfast" worked. The lady at the counter told me it wasn't included, even though my booking clearly stated it was. Then once she saw my reservation (I pulled it up and showed her) she was rude and wasn't helpful AT ALL to help me know WHAT was available for the breakfast we paid for.. So we left and didn't get to take advantage of the BREAKFAST INCLUDED that we paid extra for!! I feel we were ripped off. Also my Total when purchased online was 257.00 and it said that included ALL EXTRA fees and taxes. However, my card was charged 280.00!!! Not happy about this at all..I likely won't stay with Courtyard again. Just not honest if you ask me. Aloft was a much better experience.
