It’s a nice hotel but I don’t think it’s worth the price if the staff isn’t cleaning properly.

Very pretty

Parking sucked. Bathroom wasn’t clean. There was something nasty all over the toilet seat. I had to clean it. One of our coffee creamer pods was opened. Didn’t look like it had been swept in the room.

I will not stay there again

The hotel is beautiful but not worth the amount paid.

There was no microwave in our room. The food that could be purchased in the food shop was outrageous. The breakfast wasn’t free. I will not be staying again.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff at the hotel were extremely kind, the room was very spacious, and the location was excellent — very close to all of Easton’s main area

Very big and location was walking distance to a lot of stuff.

Our room didn’t seem as clean and fresh as it normally does . There were a lot of wild kids running around the halls late at night and banging on our door

Thin walls!

We loved the location and the friendly staff

The beds were hard and really uncomfortable. The walls are super thin we can hear everything into the next rooms and hall. We could hear the shower, tolites, people talking. Stuff dropping on the floor. We came here to get some rest away from the kids but we couldnt sleep past 7:30 because of all the outside noises. Why is house cleaning running a sweeper at 8am? Lol I understand I just wish we couldn't hear it. Also why is there no microwaves in the room?

The property is in a nice shopping area. It is close to the airport and very walkable.

The rooms are simply not clean. I had to switch rooms twice. The first room had the ac and door broken. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke and must. The third room was just decent. The remote didn't work so no tv for me.

Wonderful stay; this will be my hotel of choice anytime I am in Columbus

The property is well kept, the entrance was beautifully landscaped with flowers and trees. Everyday we were greeted by the staff upon entrance and they always held the door open for us. Inside of the hotel was just as gorgeous. The staff was always friendly. In the heart of Easton so restaurants and shopping is just across from the hotel.

Parking was a little scarce; I did like that there was security monitoring the lot 24/7

It felt average. I wish that the TV was working that really bummed me out that’s it.

The market was very nice. The staff was really sweet.

My first room smelled like cigarette smoke so I had to go all the way back downstairs and get a new key and then in the second room the TV wouldn’t work despite multiple attempts of me trying to fix it and following the complex instructions and the housekeeping came super late.

I really enjoyed my day at the Hilton it was relaxing, comfortable, and the service made it even better.

I appreciated that the hotel was very clean and modern, with updated facilities throughout. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful whenever I interacted with them. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The only issue I encountered during my stay was that the ice room had an unpleasant odor, similar to that of a damp or musty smell, and the refrigerator in my room had a similar scent. It didn’t affect my overall experience, but I wanted to mention it in case it can be addressed for future guests.

I paid HOW MUCH for this dismal room?

The hotel is convenient to Easton with ready access to the freeway, making other parts of Columbus convenient.

Given how grand this property appears on the outside, the lobby decor is gauche and junky, and the rooms are drab and dingy. Parking at the hotel involves navigating through a fence and rent-a-cops that make it look like you're checking into a war zone. Definitely not what I expected given this hotel's reputation.

I have stayed at Hilton Easton in the past and remember it disappointed me then. I thought I would try it again. Unless

The location and it is a pretty building. I liked getting coffee in the am.

The front desk staff twice said they didn’t have my reservation. The first time, she found it with my phone number. I was hoping to check in early, but had to go to a funeral so checked in on time. My room was not attempted to be cleaned until 5:40 pm. I was back to my room by then. Bizarre to be that late. The room was clean enough, but the property wasn’t pristine. The staff lacked any friendliness.

Clean, Classy, and Comfortable

I loved the attentiveness of the staff. Upon arrival, front desk, and house keeping. The layout of the Hilton Hotel is open, bright, and appears clean and comfortable. The deco was updated and nice.

I don’t like that the hotel only has one microwave, which is old and barely working.

Disappointed with cleanliness on my floor

Friendly and accommodating staff.

The lobby was very nice and the staff was welcoming. Once I got to my floor, there was a pizza box by the elevators that never got picked up. There was a red stain on the hallway carpet. I was looking forward to a hot shower. It took 30 minutes to get a luke warm temperature and the water flow was weak. I expected more luxury from this hotel.

I tried calling numerous times before arrival trying to get help because my husband had a cooperation code to apply as a discount and could not get help. When we arrived I tried to get help from front desk person and he was no help. Got a text asking about my stay told them no response.

The property was beautiful. My family was so excited to stay at such a beautiful hotel with the location near the shops and restaurants.

We were at the Columbus Zoo all day and went to checkin during the check in hours, but our room was not ready. We were sweaty and tired from a long day at the zoo, so we wanted to change and rest a bit before dinner. The staff could not tell us when the room would be ready. There was nowhere to park in the parking lot, so my husband had to park in a parking deck. There were multiple weddings happening, so by the time I made it through the checkin line and was able to call my husband to say leave the luggage our room is not ready, he had already walked with my sons and the luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. Everyone was disappointed that the room was not ready. We waited for 20 minutes, then I made some phone calls to see when room would be available by that time it was an hour later and we just canceled. We live two hours away and decided to drive home. My children were disappointed because they were so excited to stay in a fancy hotel, but we would not have had the full experience because we didn’t even know when our room would become available.
