The customer service, amazing. Lobby and bar area amazing, room was very comfortable, horrible view unfortunately the structure and the location of the room is the reason the view is bad

The parking lot situation. We had our car windows shattered in the parking lot. We were valued guests when we arrived but treated terribly once the vandalism happened. We took care of the plastic for our shattered windows and had to vacuum the glass from the car myself. Some guests got information but we were just told to call the police department. We were helped more by fellow guests than any employee from Hilton. I have stayed in the area for years and thought that I finally got to stay at the Hilton but it ended up being a hugh let down and terrible experience. We were on a family shopping trip that was ruined by vandalism. I also had to have a strong conversation with security about please keep an eye on our car while we went to breakfast. His only concern was how much I paid for parking!!!! I waited to write my review as I have been so upset about this situation. The weekend was ruined and we are the ones stuck with higher insurance premiums!

The location is excellent. It’s in walking distance to all the surrounding attractions which is very helpful when it comes to parking. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities were clean and the drinks from the bar was delicious (though a bit expensive). We forgot a toothbrush and they provided one complimentary.

The toilet was clogged up and still had a slow flush after maintenance came. The air condition wasn’t blowing out cool air which made for not too comfy sleep, and the shower pressure could have been better. I think the worst part was that 6 cars were broken into overnight in the back park of the parking lot close to the street where the shops were. We were parked the next set over so we give thanks to God that our car wasn’t touched. It was a little sad seeing all the other cars having to get towed away and all the glass from the windows getting swept up. Another con is that breakfast buffet is $25 per person which is a little steep for a family of 4 (especially with two picky food eating kids).

Staff failed me on get my wife b day surprise to room on time had to remind staff 3 times didn’t get what we paid for on booking.com someone pounded on our door at 3am as a prank scared my wife to where she couldn’t sleep rest of night and communication was lacking and very expensive and breakfast staff was rude
