Unhappy with Booking.com

Didn't stay

When I arrived with a confirmation number the hotel told me they didn't have a room so I couldn't stay. Talked to booking.com customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. Then because they wouldn't refund my money for 7 to 10 business days, I was unable to get another room somewhere else. So I had to sleep in my car with temperatures well below freezing. I was very upset how that process works.

Would stay again---great location!

AMAZING location! Steps to restaurants and shopping; easy/quick access to main highways. The room was neat and mostly clean; great little fitness center; bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking was free and easy; there were always plenty of spots available each night of my stay. The rooms were sufficient---small, but it worked. Room wasn't sparkling clean, but I've stayed in worse. Overall, would definitely stay again! It was a good deal for the money and the location can't be beat.

Room was a little dirty (hair on bed from past occupants---kinda gross); shower door didn't close completely and had to be careful not to splash too much water on the floor.

Ants in first room, both rooms were dirty. Floors unswept, spillage on side of bed, hair on floor, seating stained, markings on the walls.

Location was good, the staff member who checked us in was great but that was it.

Bugs in the room, hair stuck to the walls in the shower when we arrived, floor was dirty, noise from the street outside and music made it difficult to get a good nights sleep

the breakfast was not good. when booking it said breakfast was included. I was thinking i was going to get a breakfast buffet. Breakfast consisted of microwave foods that you had to pay for. Very disappointed.

I did not like the breakfast. There was no microwaves in the room. Also no ironing boards. For the rate that im paying for these rooms, those are the bare minimums that a hotel should provide.

Perfect location for all the shopping and activities in Easton.

Great location, big shower with hot water, comfortable bed, and easy check in and check out.

There was no chalk for the pool table, which made the cues unusable. Disappointment.

Great location for everything at Easton.

The hotel did not seem clean or well maintained. Dirty carpet in the hallway, sticky floor in hotel room, musty smell in the lobby.

Good location with easy onsite parking. Modern style rooms. Clean room with friendly staff, would stay again. Only downside I paid extra for a “city view” which ended up being a construction site and 2 furniture stores.

Let guests sleep in

The room was clean and we had very little interaction with the staff. Room was well equipped but the pillows were very uncomfortable.

The noise outside the hotel was disturbing until about 11:30. Traffic noise was loud with sports cars. Parking was limited but we were able to get a spot. Everything was good until house keeping started knocking on doors at 9 am checkout is at 12 there is no reason for house keeping to be waking people up and disturbing guests at 9 am.

Bar tender was sweet and fun to chat with. It was very clean and loved the hip modern feel. Nice to have dry bar shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer in the rooms. Parking was easy.

Your liquor at the bar was very low. Hardly had whisky, Gen, no vodka, low on wine and beers. Even coming off the holiday your bar should be restocked. That was disappointing however there was Pin across the street made up for it.
