Perfect stay. Great facility. Great breakfast

Room was beautiful and everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

Breakfast was good. The lady who worked that area on The 13, 14 and 15th was amazing. Very pleasant. She helped me carry food for my elderly mother and Aunt. In their 80’s to the room. She wrapped the food placed it on trays and went with me! Very nice lady. The front desk personnel not so much. Seemed preoccupied. Nobody cleaned the room in between stay. Trash was left, no clean towels, no toilet paper. I asked lady at the front desk to bring clean linen, towels…she wanted to hand them to me to take up but I was leaving for the evening. She did take the items up later that night. The rooms should be cleaned daily. I don’t care how long the stay is. The lady at the desk mentioned that the rooms are not cleaned daily. There was not. DND sign on. The door. My mom and aunt would have been quite impressed if the room had been cleaned and trash taken out. At least make a policy to ask the guest if they want daily housekeeping service. These guests are over 80 years old with walkers and oxygen tanks and should not have to try to make beds and remove trash. Checkout was easy without issue.

Room was spotless, breakfast was very good. Rooms felt spacious, comfortable and loved the mini kitchenette. Enough space for our family of 5. Staff was phenomenal - very friendly and helpful. Felt very welcomed.

The facility is new, clean, staff friendly. Only minor thing is when we found small pieces of brownie on the floor right at the edge of the sofa

Everything was good.The only annoying part was when we had to wait for our breakfast.While the employees got there breakfast

It was a nice clean room with kitchen amenities and provided for a lovely weekend in Columbus

I absolutely loved it here . Will definitely be back! Upon check in the staff was super nice and helpful. Although there was no pack and play . ( not to the fault of the hotel just the people that stay ) they went above and beyond . The hotel was beautiful and having a fridge microwave and A DISHWASHER 10/10 .i will def be looking for home2 suites more often . The breakfast as well was very good and not your average wack breakfast . Finally so I can stop typing, it is in the middle of a field but the shops are only conveniently 1 mile away so an uber or Lyft would be cheap!!!

I would never stay here again.The hotel itself is clean and new looking but there was no security on duty on a Saturday night with Ohio State football playing.The result of this was at least 10 cars windows smashed and broken into including ours which was parked close to the entrance and “security car”.The staff did not care and offered no help except to take a shop vac and start cleaning up the glass at people’s car and around when the owners of the cars didn’t even know yet their car was broken into.I asked them not to touch our vehicle and when came back with husband they were at our car cleaning up.Nobody offered any help or a manager was not called just to check on your customers even.This obviously was not the first for this and is very negligent on their part not to have security on duty to prohibit this from happening.A false sense of security with having a security car parked out front with no one on duty on a busy weekend.I will never stay here again or recommend.It is not safe and cost many people quite a bit of money and time and emotional anguish.Also the fire alarm went off late at night and then again early In Morning again with no communication of what was going on.

Our stay was way better than expected, hotel was not even a year old and the entire facility was by far the best place we have ever stayed...Staff was so courteous and helpful..Everything but the 7am false fire alarm was outstanding!

Our vehicle was broken into through the drivers side window and vehicle was torn apart in the inside Staff was great Room was great and clean Only issue inside was the constant fire alarm going off throughout the weekend We was there from Thursday through Sunday and was woken up, disturbed through the day when it would just start going off for no reaso

The hotel was clean and the employees were friendly. A number of vehicles had windows busted overnight in the back parking lot. Security cameras may be needed. Park in the front of the building.

The hotel is new so the room was in great shape, very spacious. The fire alarm went off twice during our one night stay which was loud and annoying. The breakfast area was chaotic. It was very messy and out of a lot as they didn’t seem to have anyone tending to it. There were also multiple guests at breakfast and the gym on their bare feet which was weird. During the night over a dozen cars had their windows busted out and were robbed. The staff was busy dealing with this literal and figurative mess so maybe that is why the breakfast was so terrible…

The front desk staff who was there on 09/01/2025 morning during breakfast time was rude. Shower gel was not filled and clean towels were not replaced even after asking for it. Food quality was below average and did not properly organized. Refills were not provided on time, same menu was repeated 3 days . I would NEVER go back to Home2suites in Easton OH

Amazing room. Very clean. We’ve had good experiences with Home2 Suites before, and now I think we’ll just plan our trips around finding Home2 Suites locations

It was clear that this is a new hotel - so nice. Such good service, though it did take a while to get a key for our room. That seems to be an issued in Home2. The pool was great, though cold. Breakfast was wonderful.

Food options and close proximity to the mall.

Too much construction going on in front of property making it hard to get in and out. Also even more construction going on I. The street making it very noisy and backed up with traffic

Rooms and common spaces were clean and updated. Breakfast was better than most with lots of variety and options for different dietary needs.

Property was nice it is fairly new. The only issue was getting in to property the way it is situated with the road.

Nice and clean and great for family. Breakfast didn’t include bread option not a deal breaker personally for me but overall I enjoyed my stay

This property is new and in good shape. Close to shopping and restaurants at Easton. It was very crowded over the weekend and the staff had trouble keeping up with breakfast. The food was good but they kept running out.

Which property was conveniently located next to many dining establishments and was very well maintained.

Greeted nicely, checked in fast, but then had to wait 30 minutes at the door of room because the cleaning staff was not done cleaning it. The toilet clogged up if you put toilet paper in it, they had to come plunge, it worked once then broke again. I had to ask for a plunger to be left in the room. In the meantime I had to fish poop and paper out of the toilet, tried to fix it myself because maintenance was gone for the day, and had to go down a flight to use the public if anyone needed to poop. The building looks brand new. Perhaps they're working out the kinks. But it was miserable for us.
