    With me having celiac disease I cant have gluten. It would be nice if there were some gluten free bread or gluten free bagels so we could make breakfast sandwiches too. Or a gluten free pancake/waffle mix.

    It was good other the the issue the morning of check-out
    It was clean and comfortable and had good amenities
    I booked a night feb 14th to the 15th had no issues we decided to stay another night feb 15th to 16th the morning of the 15th we called down to the front desk and let them know that we were wanting to book another night and they told us to book on booking. Went down checked out and back in had no issues. On the morning of the 16th we got a call on the hotel phone at 7:26am waking us up to let us know we needed to provide a valid card and to come down after we woke up. I walked down after waking back up and spoke to a manager with short blonde hair (not sure of her name) she told me that I had a payment that needed payed of $1.54. I inserted my card and it declined twice and the card had plenty of money on it. I called over my significant other an had him try his card before he inserted his card the balance turned to $152.00 I asked the manager why it changed from a dollar and some change to 152.00. She said “oh well I put in a higher amount for the card to accept it an I will change the amount after” his card declined to. So I asked her again what the 152.00 was for and she said it was to pay for the second night we booked. I told her that I had already paid on booking and that I had no problem when I checked in the previous morning. She practically acted like I was lying until she “searched more into it” and told me that it had been a virtual card issue. She explained that booking charged me 151.62 and the room payment was 152.47 so pretty much tried to charge us extra for a room that was already paid for since she didn’t look into it before calling us and saying we didn’t pay. Then tried to charge a wayyyy higher amount then the original 2 payments she said I needed to pay were. I was very disappointed in that because of the amount, not looking that I paid and trying to say I didn’t pay pretty much multiple times.

    Breakfast was amazing so was the room. Super busy & packed couldn’t get in the pool due to kids but there was a cheer competition & other things going on.. but would stay there again

    The entry/dining area and room were beautiful and modern. Liked the addition of the small nightlight in the bathroom. Really liked the full size refrigerator to keep insulin cooled properly. Much better than the small refrigerator with no freezer in typical hotels. Those don’t get cold enough for insulin. Really liked the lower wooden luggage rack/shelf with coat hooks above.
    The door to the room is ridiculously heavy! Very difficult to get luggage in, takes one person to hold door while another person squeezes through with luggage. Threshold was too high for luggage cart to roll over. Plus, every time we entered the room, we struggled with the door since it was so heavy. Except for Sean, he was as great, the front desk staff was not very friendly, did not greet guests as they came by, and had their heads buried in their cell phones. The breakfast hot food selection was average and slow to keep supplied. The Hampton Inn had a much better hot food selection and kept supplied.

    Henry checked us in, and he was amazing! He was personable, had us laughing, and was absolutely the right person to have at your front desk. Henry really was the difference between a good customer experience and a great one when checking in.

    I loved the pool and the outdoor spaces available to use.
    You can’t make a left hand turn coming out of the property. You have to turn right then turn around somewhere.
