A safe place with a comfortable bed

Great hotel if you are from out of town.

It was close to my venue and clean.

I have stayed here at this hotel several times in the past however this time I was charged to $250 deposit just because I have a local address. When I asked them why they're doing this and they said because locals tend to damage rooms more than the other guest. That remark put me on a defense and when I went to my actual room the luggage rack was broken. Had to check the rest of the room for damage to make sure I would get my $250 back I took pictures down of the luggage rack to the lady at the front desk and she said she documented it but I feel like this is a not a good way to treat local people that are using your establishment for any kind of reason. This new policy was not listed when I booked the accommodation if it had been listed I would have to pay a $250 deposit just because I am a local then I would have booked elsewhere.

Great place if your looking for a safe and clean place to stay

The location, swimming pool, workout area, and breakfast I also felt this is a great place for families my kids really enjoyed the pool

I had a hard time finding lights in the room, and no one could help me because there was only one person on site. There was no TV remote, I was able to go to the front desk to get a replacement but it would have been nice if at least two people worked at night so someone could help with assisting with the little things. One more thing, i do understand that some places ask for a credit card to put on file for just in case but to tell me that because I'm a local my deposit will be higher i had no understanding and it took two weeks for the deposit to be released

Great staff and comfortable lodging

The staff was friendly and helpful. The front doors only open to room key cards at night, which we found to be an added bonus for security. Our suite offered a lot of space. It was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was included in the room rate, which was nice.

Parking can be tricky as only the front and one side of the parking lot is for Springhill Suites. The other lots are park at your own risk, as they are not owned by the hotel. Aside from that, the stay was wonderful.

rooms spacious and clean. I requested 4 rooms to be close to each other and they met my requests. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient location to food mart, fast food and maybe restaurants.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to use this hotel again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff persons were very courteous, professional, and friendly.

Breakfast was below average. Not enough paper plates, food ran out before 10 am, and the area was not clean. I understand the person taking care of breakfast had to go out and purchase more paper plates. She did her best of what was available to her to provide for the customers. Whoever was in-charge of ordering supplies and food should have planned ahead since it was a weekend. Families and business folks were staying in the hotel. However, this may just have been just "one of those weekends" and probably doesn't happen like this often.

Staff was rude. They were angry at us asking 2 questions on the room and tried to accuse us on plugging the toilet (which were plugged when we entered the room). The AC is super old and noisy, aimed to the bed which makes sleeping super inconvenient.
