Nice for what it is

Love that hot tub and pool are open 24/7. The rooms are decent. Some of the staff is very friendly.

Some of the stuff was rude- I was questioned for asking for extra toilet paper and towels?? Elevator is frequently broken.

Very minimal, small seating space. The lady restocking was kind and friendly

Was sent to a room that was not even in working order, beds upside down, garbage everywhere, TV on floor.. things everywhere a big destroyed mess. I took video of the room and went right back down to front desk to let them know this one unacceptable! The front desk kinda chuckled and said they'd put us in a different room, at this point we were worried to even try again. Second room we were checked into, had a noisey running toilet(meaning it sounded like it was being flushed all night long) and the mini fridge was so loud sounded like an air compressor kicking on every 12mins. Staff didn't seem to care of the inconvenience it causes someone to come into a non working order room, after a 5 hr drive. Will not be returning.

Room was wonderful. Plenty of space for teens and adults. Beds were comfortable. 24 hour coffee in the lobby was nice. Location was easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Breakfast was sufficient, but eggs were cold and no sweet pastries.

Nice hotel but property is not maintained

This is a very nice and well located hotel with clean well-equipped rooms.

Hotel lacks focus on maintaining the property. Broken items seem to just stay broken. The elevator was out of service my entire stay and this seems to be a recurring issue here. All ice machines were out of service -- except the one of the top floor-- 5 flights up the stairs. Charging plugs were located next to the bed but both were not working. This hotel has so much going for it. Just wish the owners could take the trouble to maintain the place.

Phenomenal staff from start to finish!!

Staff were phenomenal. We were greeted by the friendliest people. Every day they went out of their way to be kind.We watched them do it to everybody. The breakfast crew went out of their way to make things wonderful and delicious. Really appreciate the BIG Fluffy towels. Not all hotel towels wrap up around a person. We really enjoyed our stay.

The stairwells are a little beat.Up maintenance is needed. The pool area could be cleaner. And something needs to be done about regulating the hot and cold temperature in the showers.Because one minute it's scalding, and the next, it's freezing. But we learned.

Location , very close to the airport. Staff was helpful as much as they could.

Our original room was horrible. There was stains on the wall. There was stains on the small stool and white stains on the black chairs plus there was handprints on the headboard of the bed. There was a lot left over hair everywhere the TV remote didn’t work and the bathroom light was out. The staff was trying to be helpful. They let us pick different rooms. We looked at five different rooms and most of them had the same issue. We did get upgraded to the suite room, but the lightbulb still out in that one too. This hotel seems like there’s not much cleanliness going on. I travel after work and every time I’m at a hotel I’m used to seeing ladies outside to my step out the room for this hotel I probably only seen one cleaning lady once the whole time I was there. This hotel is very outdated. I chose this hotel because I usually always stay at La Quintas yeah I’ve always had a good stay there. This is probably the first time I’m so disappointed. Things did just make sense. They were small TVs in the suite rooms that didn’t work and bigger TVs in the regular rooms that didn’t work. I had no remote just very confusing if it wasn’t for the location of this hotel I probably wouldn’t have chose this hotel next time I go to Portland. I’ll look at other options unless they renovate their rooms and have more cleaning help.

Paper thin walls where tv’s blaring away late into the night and neighbors making noises until early morning while having sex. I do not recommend this establishment for any seniors!! Too noisy at sleeping hours. Chair was stained and dirty in room

The facility is in poor condition--all furniture has been 'beat up'. Breakfast was very poor - one kind of bread, no fruit, only very strong coffee, no plates until we asked for them, etc.

spend some money and fix it up as it is obviously run down I doubt we will use Quinta again. It used to be a nice hotel, but apparently the new management does not care how it looks. I had to wait over an hour past check in time to get my room.
